Amazing App, Highly recommend for eBayers - This app is AMAZING. A must if you want to automatically sync your eBay to BigCommerce. These guys are extremely helpful, they can customize the app to fit your needs. I'm currently syncing the title, description, weight, dimensions, images, item specs, quantity, price, upc & sku. They were also able to automate the mapping of products to our store's category. Its a great feature to have, and you don't have to sort your products manually once the items are sync'd to your store. My responses were typically answered within 24-72 hours more or less. All I can say is BE PATIENT. Once the app is setup to suit your needs, everything will be automatic and you will not have to continual monitor every second of every day. InfoShoreApp team is very nice, patient, will answer all questions concerning the app. I highly recommend this app for anyone needing to sync their eBay store to BigCommerce. LOVE THIS APP!!!
