Great APP - We've used Affiliatly for about two years. We have had zero issues. It has worked flawlessly, has some great automated features. And the price is terrific. Highly recommend.

Simple & Effective - The app executes everything it outlines in the description, and is fairly user friendly to learn and implement. Very responsive customer service when I had a couple of questions.

UX TERRIBLE - So far the UX of their site is confusing. App doesn't load in my store. This one is going take some hours to learn. Was hoping for something ALOT easier to deal with.

Does it all - This is really a great piece of software. I will agree with another reviewer that the interface is not always intuitive, but there actually is a high level of customization that can be done. It's all there! Sometimes you just gotta write tech support! I have been using it a couple years and just now found out that you can use it for paying out royalties too! I have products from other people that I'm not paying for upfront, so that automates the process of tracking who gets how much.

No Frills but a great price - The interface is not always intuitive but you can figure it out...and for the price and how simple it is to set it and (more or less) forget it, you can't beat it! We are very happy with it.

Easy to use system - We've been using the program for several months and are very happy with the use of the system. Good analytics and very easy to use. I highly recommend the system to anyone!

Very Happy & Great Support - We've been using Affiliately for 9 months now and are very happy. With their software we started a new line of order stream with repeat sales. We recommended a few features and they applied them in a short time. They have fast support and give a lot of attention to our problems. The system also lifts off heavy work when paying to affiliates, with a few clicks you can pay tons of affiliates at once. Highly recommended app for those starting affiliate programs in their e-commerce websites.

Great customer service - Setup was fairly straightforward. I was a little confused about testing the mobile side of things, but customer service is very prompt in their response time via email. Don't be dissuaded by the lack of a phone number! I had a question about configuring our deductions before payout to reflect "free shipping" we pay, which is more like a flat-rate per order rather than a percentage. This feature does not yet exist, but Tsvetalin easily customized it in our code. This was all during the free trial! In finalizing payment for our account, auto fill accidentally entered by personal email address. Immediately Tsvetalin emailed me and asked for the account ID to connect the two. We've already got 8 or 9 affiliates earning money, and we are all very happy with this easy and efficient app. Five golden stars all around, and a big thank you to Tsvetalin!

The down side: during the 30 day trial period, I did not get a single Affiliate signing up for the program, despite placing a link on my website and promoting the program on social media. I can't comment on the ease of use once you have Affiliates referring sales because that did not happen. Bottom line: I'm not prepared to upgrade to pay for an App which is not being used. So, for me, the whole thing was a waste of time.
