Outstanding Customer Service and Easy-To-Use Platform! - We have been using them for many months and the platform is far superior to the native BigCommerce gift certificates, with fun and easily customizable cards. We are working on an integration with NCR counterpoint, and we hope to have it online soon for a sync of gift cards between our physical store and online store for the first time ever! Fabulous Customer Service - I totally recommend 99minds for anyone seeking a gift card solution with tons of features and ways to customize. It's a lifesaver compared to many other apps and companies we vetted before choosing. We also ran into an issue (caused by our own error with another part of our website) and customer service was fabulous! Super thorough, walked us through everything live, and solved the issue quickly. We were also informed a lot of new features are coming to the app and we are very excited. It can be stressful pulling together the right third-party apps, but 99minds makes it EASY!

GiftCard Square integration with Big Commerce - We have had a great experience with 99minds App helping us integrate our Giftcards from Square to BigCommerce so customers can use their giftcards online, as well as, in the store. Pravin has taken me through steps to better my website giftcard sales and given me new options to share with customers such as instant delivery or specific day delivery of giftcards for birthdays or holidays. The team worked on putting together specific needs for our business when uploading our giftcards in to Big Commerce. I easily designed custom gift cards in Canva and uploaded them in the 99 minds app in no time at all. I also like the promotions abilities that you can upgrade to in order to offer Gift card promos (ie: buy $50 of gift cards for $40, etc) and will definitely be using this in the holiday season. The developer walked me through all of the set up and was super helpful and communicative. I would 100% recommend to any Big Commerce users for better looking / customizable gift card options

Fantastic Spanish Supported App - I sell my products outside the US and I was looking for an app that supported Spanish so I can provide my customers Gift Cards for the Holidays.
