Gift Cards - We were searching for a way to integrate gift cards sold both in our store using Square POS and on our Big Commerce eCommerce site. 99 Minds does the trick with easy setup. Within an hour of starting all of our physical gift card and digital gift cards were available on both our Square registers, an in our online store. No export/importing of files, it just did it. Everyone is very happy now that they can use physical gift cards purchased in our store on our website, and digital gift cards purchased online in our store. Check outstanding value, redeem with purchase either way. Accounting now has a direct view on outstanding Gift Card amounts, something they never had before. Not to leave out, they have wonderful support people. Any issues we have had were quickly explained and rectified. 100% happy with this integration. Now to start using 99 Minds for our Customer Loyalty program. With the ease of implementing Gift Cards, I am sure the loyalty will be a breeze. I would recommend this integration to anyone.

Great App & Incredible support - Fantastic app and incredible support from the team. Had an issue with a theme file on our site preventing the page from showing correctly on mobile and they worked out where the problem was and helped show me how to fix it. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Customer Service - Pravin and his team have been wonderful to work with. They have gone above and beyond with our store and have spent time with us to ensure 99Minds integrates with our BigCommerce store and with our point-of-sale. Our customers like having the ability to send gift cards as a gift. The option of selling both physical and digital gift cards is an added bonus. We hope to expand our partnership with 99Minds and start using their Loyalty Program, too!

The only thing we need now is for Checkfront, our tour booking system provider to allow API access so 99minds can automate redemptions via that system. 99minds support has been excellent as we get to speak to real people who know what they are talking about..

Excellent Solution - With 99minds we can finally sell gift cards online and in-store and have them redeemed through either channel. It wasn't easy. We are on a legacy POS platform, Microsoft RMS, but Blue Chip Consulting was able to build an integration between that system and 99minds. The integration works beautifully. Jean at Blue Chip and Pravin at 99minds were amazing. Our customers are happy, and gift card sales are on the rise. Highly recommended.

Stopped working and no support - Stopped working and all purchased vouchers are unusable. No response from support at all. Have had to switch to a different app.

Lots of promise but missing the mark so far - Not tracking all gift card orders and all balances are being rounded off to the nearest dollar for some unknown reason. Support hasn't been a help in a week of our case being open.

Outstanding Service! - Throughout our launch of a new website and POS. Pravin and the 99minds team have been extremely responsive and eager to help. They're also on a continuous improvement path with their offering--so we can grow together!

Good App - Better Support - We wanted to use 99minds gift cards as a multi-channel card and we had several unique system integrations with retail, ecommerce and phone ordering. The card works immediately with our BigCommerce instance, however we requested several support calls and even a couple small changes to the app. The 99Minds team was always responsive and willing to discuss options for best path forward. In the end we are launching next week and with testing the gift card module will work better than expected. Big thank you to the 99Minds team.

I really just needed base functionality. However, it stopped working about 2 months ago, and my tickets & emails go unanswered. They're still billing me as I wait to see if I can get this resolved as we enter the biggest gift card-selling season of the year. At least the billing team is still working. I probably just need to cut bait.

Doesn't work - No support - This app worked fine for 6 months. Now it's not working and customer service won't return emails after 3 weeks with multiple attempts. The customer service phone number is inactive. Stay clear.

Whenever I have a question, their team never hesitates to get me on a Zoom call to answer my questions and offer real-time solutions.
