What is the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee?
Effective from July 1st, 2022, the State of Colorado requires a fee of $0.27 for all deliveries to Colorado with at least one taxable item.

Is every delivery to Colorado subject to this fee?
The retail delivery fee is required for packages being delivered to Colorado by a motor vehicle with at least one taxable item. If your customer picks up their order, they are not required to pay this fee.

Who is responsible for paying the retail delivery fee?
Customers are responsible for paying this fee. However, the merchant will need to collect, report, and remit the fees with their Colorado sales tax return.
