So far so good. Shipped my first order and it integrated with Ecwid and updated the status. Works well with my Australia Post Business account and seems to work well. A little of a learning curve, but I am figuring it out.

It works for me with some bugs I wish they would fix. The "update all stores" sticks and continues to spin after import and I have to refresh my page to import new orders. I wish the import was automatic and didn't need to be manually triggered as well as reload, that seems to be an unneeded step. End of day will not allow me to print scan form if the shipment is from a previous day even though the shipments have not been closed. Printing features are buggy. I always need to print using my OS and not through the app. Also support for market places are limited; I cannot import from Mercari or Bonanza.

Good app overall but issues with displaying GlobalPost (International) information after order is shipped vs. USPS (Domestic). Support has been lacking in developing a workaround for this for over a year of trying now. Overall, Dr. Pearson and I like using SS but little issues like this are frustrating.

ShipStation customer since Sept. 2021, paying U$29/month to use my own UPS rates. Now they're penalizing me for an additional U$20/month (more if you're on a cheaper plan) just because I don't use their UPS rates, and they won't tell me what their rates are so I can decide whether to switch!nOne star for integration with Ecwid, one star for direct print to thermal printer.

ShipStation does have a bug where it cannot import orders with empty shipping address information, and if an order has empty shipping information, you cannot even exclude that order with SS Automation filters. Also, orders with these address issues will prevent all other subsequent orders from importing. This is a showstopper. nnNot wanting to give up (as our shipping process needed help!), I was able to surmount this issue by creating an Office 365 Power Automate Flow, that periodically checks for Ecwid orders that are marked as "Self Pickup", and if the shipping address is empty, will just update the Ecwid order's shipping address to the pickup location address (in this case our storefront address). Now the Ecwid orders are correctly imported into ShipStation without issue.nnLet me know anyone is interested in using Power Automate Flow to surmount this issue, and I can take the time to export the flow to share it.
