Ive had used Shippingeasy since shipping easy has come out. So the 3 star reviews are baffling. This is by far better than any shipping software and shipping prices are the absolute lowest and they are owned by stamps. Customer service is extremely helpful and always there and always has been. The other side of shippingeasy is the extremely easy newsletter program, inventory program and much more, it keeps profiles on each customer. You only add the features you need and so far my cost is less than 50.00 a month and I can send 15,000 emails a month. The newsletter and triggered emails are 10 times better than any email software plug in. It has way to many awesome benefits to list. and if you are a start up shop free is even better. and once again I have never once had a problem with customer service, via chat or over the phone. They are not 24/7, but any issue I have had was a small one or something I did not understand.

In theory, this is a decent piece of software. However, with the complete lack of customer service accountability with respect to Shipping Easy's tenuous relationship with Stamps.com and the numerous instances of software communication failures between SE and stamps.com, it renders the app completely useless and mind-numbingly frustrating. If you get sent to stamps.com customer service because SE says the problem is on their end, what is the point of having customer service at all? Particularly when the customer service at Stamps.com is hopelessly in the dark about software--wait for it-- they've OWNED since about 2016. My suggestion, avoid any software with the Stamps.com name attached to it.

This app works and is amazing! I started using it July 2020. This is the first time that I've ever used a shipping app so I didn't know what to expect. nnI started with ShipStation because it has reviews and the listed price was lower. But since I do pickup and shipped orders, there is a known disconnect between ecwid and shipstation. So my orders weren't loading properly. Shipstation has great technical support but they aren't able to overcome the issue. nnAfter starting with ShippingEasy I will say that it wasn't as easy to setup as shipping station. But after I started using it it became very simple. I easily created the stamps.com and other needed accounts within shipping easy and it takes a few click to get the label paid for and printed. nnI highly recommend Shippingeasy! It has made my life so much easier.

This does not work well with Ecwid AT ALL. Installed it and does not allow product integration. Waste of time.
