No support, misleading advertising, and on globerr, we only have this app to link to the merchant center. And the feed it generates is inaccurate, which causes our products to be rejected. It's not worth wasting your time with Kliken.

Enttäuschender Service – keine echte Betreuung trotz „Managed“-VersprechennnWir haben Kliken für unsere Google Ads genutzt – in der Hoffnung auf eine professionelle, „gemanagte“ Kampagne. Leider wurde dieses Versprechen nicht eingehalten.nnSeit Ende Mai 2025 läuft die Kampagne nicht mehr richtig – laut Merchant Center wegen einem Fehler bei der Landingpage. Unsere Website ist jedoch auf allen Geräten erreichbar, der Feed aktuell und korrekt. Statt einer echten Analyse bekamen wir nur pauschale Standardantworten („Google ist verantwortlich“, „Shop aktualisieren“).nnFehler wurden nicht behoben. Die Kampagne lief sichtbar ins Leere, Budget wurde weiter verbraucht – aber ohne Leistung. Auf konkrete Nachfragen kam keine Lösung, kein technisches Verständnis – nur Ausreden.nnDer Support ist langsam, ausweichend und insgesamt wenig hilfreich. Wir haben inzwischen rechtliche Schritte vorbereitet und wechseln zu einer echten Agentur.nnFazit: Wer echte Unterstützung und Ergebnisorientierung sucht, ist bei Kliken leider falsch. Instead of troubleshooting, we only received vague standard replies (“Google is responsible”, “Please update your shop”).nnNo actual technical help was provided. The campaign kept spending budget, without visible results. Support was slow, evasive, and not solution-oriented.nnWe have now initiated legal steps and moved on to a real agency.nnBottom line: Kliken may sound convenient, but if you're looking for real support and performance, look elsewhere. We cannot recommend it.

I canceled the contract but continue to receive notifications that they are trying to withdraw money. I already sent an email to the services, and they confirmed that the service was canceled, but the situation persists. I do not recommend it.

However, from the outset, I struggled to understand the company's operating mechanisms. This lack of clarity laid the groundwork for the subsequent problems.nnnOne of the most significant issues arose when My Google accounts were repeatedly suspended. Despite providing the necessary documentation, I was unable to maintain active advertising accounts. This led to significant disruptions in their online marketing efforts.nnI attempts to resolve these issues were met with frustration due to Kliken's inconsistent and often unhelpful responses. The company's customer support was slow to respond, and their answers often seemed contradictory or irrelevant.nnnThe most concerning aspect of my experience was the company's refusal to grant me access to advertising account. Cuidado!, es muy fácil acceder, configurar y pagar, se supone que lo controlas todo y NO CONTROLAS NADA, las visitas que se reciben son de muy poca calidad, no hay forma de optimizarlo; EL FEE ES MENSUAL Y NO PUEDES DESACTIVARLO, una vez que pones tus datos bancarios NO PUEDES CAMBIARLOS, cuando creas un presupuesto, SE MANTIENE MENSUALMENTE, TE CARGAN EL IMPORTE COMPLETO AL PRINCIPIO y si no haces nada éste se mantiene todos los meses, y te lo cargan al principio.
