Unable to edit return label or just use Company name - must print company contact person or add 2nd name next to company name. Did not make it passed my trial period to learn it was not as user friendly as Easy Post. Unfortunately Light Speed/ Ecwid doesn't integrate with Easy Post and has forced me to find an alternative.
