A useful addition to our product range - We have been using Zakeke now to enable customers to create their own labels for some of our spirits. The app was simple enough to set up and a subsequent revision has made operation even simpler. When we have had a query, Zakeke support has been very responsive. While this isn't core to our business, we have seen a steady flow of sales and expect this to grow as customers can participate in more events and celebrations.

Very useful app - Very good to use for my t-shirt business where customers personalize logos. Very easy to download images into the media library. The Customization template is very easy for customers to navigate. Support is great, they'll respond back within a day. Overall, very happy with this app purchase.

Very happy customer - I was specifically attracted to Zakeke due to their 3d configurator tool and augmented reality capability. I have not been disappointed. I have worked with them over the last month to get a few products uploaded and configured in their app. The integration with Bigcommerce works very well. They have been extremely gracious with their time. Anything I didn't understand, they were very quick to respond to with answers that were satisfactory and got me on the right track.I have worked with and been dealing with Carlo and Mauro - both great people. Our products are not the most simple (large pieces of equipment with a variety of .obj files), but I felt much more comfortable tackling the job with their help. Their pricing is also extremely fair for what you get - I don't see any other app out there that comes close to delivering the value at this price point.

Outstanding Software & Support - 5 Stars - We have tried many online designers on different platforms over the last 3 years, and rate ZAKEKE as the No1 product of choice. Works extremely well on both the front and back-end. When we get an order, we can download it and send it straight the printer without any problem. Since we do custom wide format printing, we need something that we can rely on. We made a couple of mistakes when first setting up the app but the support is second to none. Very quick to respond and extremely helpful. After looking and trying different options, BigCommerce and ZAKEKE is the solution for us.

Zakeke is excellent. - We have been using / testing online design tools for over two years, we have been using Zakeke for over a month now. Installation was quick and easy, customer support have been responsive and patient in answering all our questions about getting started. Zakeke integrates excellently with Big Commerce on both the front and back end and loads at a good speed. Being able to configure and duplicate / apply settings from one product to another makes setting up the product catalog much faster. Having access to customer's draft designs is handy when customers need help completing their design / order (logged in customers only). The design studio also handles text on path very well and integration with social media seamless for both importing and sharing content. Updates, improvements and new features have been regularly added. We look forward to trying the 3D product preview and Pre-designed templates next. It would be useful if the User guide was searchable (FAQ is searchable).Well done Zakeke!

Awesome! - I had run into an issue during setup due to my theme but the team helped me to get setup absolutely quickly! After a quick setup, I was able to configure everything and get my first product configured within 10 minutes. Absolutely love it so far.

FANTASTIC! - Takes second to set up! The team even helped me very quickly with a problem on a Saturday!!! At no cost as i am still on my trial. I will 100% be purchasing this product after my trial period. I was originally going to use a different app but it was over £600 upfront without even having a trial or preview! Cannot recommend this enough!
