Unfortunately, they wasted so much of our time and effort over the last 2 months getting NoFraud Checkout set up only to abandon it right as we were launching on the last of our sites. Supposedly we were the last one right before they stopped onboarding new customers. They should have let us know as soon as it was decided. The CEO emailed and called me to apologize and is trying to make it right. We'll see.

Simple Implementation, Big Help to Our Business - By way of background, we are a tough company to please. Our research is thorough, our team is more technical than most and our website has a lot of custom integrations. We actually have three BigCommerce websites and tried No Fraud on one of the smaller ones it first. Implementation was very easy and our customer service team was able to adapt to the new process within the first day. After one week on the first site, we saw the value and converted our other two sites. Customer Service is not worried about this anymore, risk is lower and our effort to prevent fraud is now extremely minimal. We highly recommend No Fraud.

Best Fraud Protection on the Market - I can't say enough great things about the software and especially about the support. These guys and gals are amazing! We had been using the same Fraud detection software (Subuno) for years on another platform (Yahoo). Moving platforms we looked at maintaining what we were using. It was good but required a lot of manual intervention by our staff. Moving to NoFraud has allowed us to totally remove ourselves from the process of trying to detect fraud on our orders. They helped in so many ways to get our setup dialed in. They even made some specific changes to the software to meet some unique requirements for us! We did a deep dive on all the fraud prevention apps that work with BC including Signifyd, Eye4fraud, Fraudlabspro. NoFraud has a cleaner interface, super user friendly, deeper integration with BC and overall just a better offering terms of how you want to use it. They even support taking phone orders and detecting fraud on those as well. In addition, we are actually getting a higher approved rating than previously when we were denying orders that were probably good. The entire workflow they offer is really good. We are almost 3 months into using NoFraud and we have had 0 chargebacks! At the same time we are saving on average 12 to 15 hours a week compared to our previous process of reviewing flagged orders, email customers and calling customers, and managing the entire process trying to detect fraudulent orders. No more as NoFraud handles it all! It is also integrated into our shipping systems (Shipworks) which prevents us from shipping any suspious orders, fraudulant orders or orders that are under review. We did not have those capabilities previously. They also offered a free trial and setup which was great. We have a good volume of daily orders so we are excited to see how much time and money they will continue to save us. Check them out they are a great partner!

Excellent Fraud Protection - We discovered NoFraud while having issues with another provider. The customer service from NoFraud was above and beyond. Although the other company eventually resolved their issues, their customer service was lacking. NoFraud is so much easier and with the excellent service we had to switch.

No Fraud - This company is the one to use tried others they have tel support if needed and approve more sales for us!

Excellent Company - NoFraud should be the first application installed, if you plan on running a successful e-commerce business. They do an excellent job at combating fraud, while mitigating risk. Not to mention, their customer support is top notch!

Works very well - App works well, very intuitive and easy to use. Fraud team is dynamic and able to solve issues. The only issue I am having is when the order fails in Bigcommerce, the status is not automatically moved to "Cancelled" or "Review.'Other than that, the service great!
