Outstanding Support - Great apps and even better support. The Klayvio integration is really powerful.

Outstanding implementation support. - When implementing the App we faced a few minor issues. The implementation support was outstanding and far beyond expectation! Any minor concern was properly addressed with very professional communication. The App words as advertised, and we are looking forward to seeing it work in our life environment.

Incredible integration support - Wishlist Plus is a good app. It has good power and is appropriately priced. However, it does require some customization in BigCommerce to get it to match your brand and theme. Some of the customization controls are self-help, but many require the developer to do the changes for you. Fortunately, the integration support is amazing. They understand that their revenue comes from ongoing success of customers so they work really really hard to make sure you are satisfied with the look and feel of the app as your customers use it. It took a few weeks of professional and friendly tweaks to get it the way we want it, but their team is always more than willing to assist. I have confidence they will always stand behind us as we have additional needs or things change with BigCommerce. Highly recommended.

Good App, Great Support - We have been using this app for over a year now and it has been working well. Recently we had cause to ask support for some help, and they were very quick and responsive and upgraded something on the app to help with a small issue we were having. Would recommend.

Great Support - Only installed for a week, but already obviously way better than the built in wishlist feature. Support was extremely helpful in getting this set up. Analytics and the ability to see what is in customer's wishlists is very helpful!

Great App and Customer Support - At the beginning I was a bit sceptic about this app, being quiet new to BC it was a bit difficult to customise for our needs. But Swym guys were really helpful, answering back all our questions and even providing with all the info/scripts we needed to create our custom view. Now I am happy with the app and I know that if anything would go wrong, the support is ready to help all the time.

No longer blind...helpful data at our fingertips + email capture - Still fairly new to this app but starting to see its value. Natively Big Commerce provided us very little understanding as to who used our wishlist, and how these prospects converted. Although our site is B2B and the Wishlist feature is not commonly used, it is still a valuable tool for some of our customers. We are learning more about the type of customer who utilizes Wishlist functionality versus obtaining a quote, and we are seeing good results capturing emails for these leads and nurturing them.

Great App - BC's native wishlist functionality is one of the platform's bigger weaknesses. Swym's Wishlist app does a great job at picking up where BC dropped the ball. Wishlist is easy to use, feature rich, reasonably priced, and their customer support has been great to date.

Great customer service - Swym has great customer support! They are available and responsive to our questions, and do their "homework" in order to help us resolve our issues. The feature is a great addition to our website.

Highly recommened - Love this app! It's a great addition to the store and our customers began using it immediately. Has all the features that we need and customer service is very responsive.
