Everything is a word for them, $$$$ - I'm using it since two and a half month just because I can't duplicate my web to have 2 languages, bigcommerce don't offer the possibility of 2 languages; So I'm forced to use weglot or Webinterpret, but after selling on ebay with those awful automated translations I decided to test Weglot. At the beginning was ok, just ok, I had to translate ALL manually because the automated translations are same awful as Webinterpret, so I was working very hard and paying for it.But then the words was going up and up and up, first the bot translated Spanish to Spanish, then, English to English.....incredible, but after contacting them 2 times, they solved the problem, but, now I have more than 10000 words, but not only words, I have numbers, but not only 1, 2 or 3, I have all the posible combinations of ALL the numbers I have on the web!!!, including commas, dots and any sign on the web.For example, they translated the price filter, the measures of the items, so I have so much numbers in my list. This is why they have decided without consulting me, that I have to pay twice as much because I have more than 10,000 words translated, or better said, 5000 words and 5000 numbers, commas, cities (same in Spanish than English), countries, etc.I'm paying double now because they charged me without consulting me!! and I have no option except to leave the web only in English, so think before pay a complete year.....

Expensive and unefficient - The translations were so unaccurate that I got tire of correcting them after 5 days and I uninstalled the app. The plans are not interesting, you will reach 2000, 10000 and even 50000 words in not time, with only a few descriptions, a few blogs and a few products. The plans are designed to get you on board and get you to always pay more. I wish I could use this app, but with only a manual translation available and a price point much lower.
