Does not work - This app does not work. It does not populate any products, despite being set up correctly. I have reached out to BigCommerce and TikTok for help and both tell me it's the others fault. Can someone please look into a fix?

Doesn't do anything except hyperlink you to tiktok page - This app just has links to jump you to your TikTok Catalog and Tiktok Store Manager accounts. From Bigcommerce there is No dashboard to control product sync or prompt a sync. Products in bigcommerce that say they are sent to TikTok Channel don't actually get sent to TikTok via this channel app when you check your tiktok store manager account. Yet another half-baked heroku app by Bigcommerce with no support?

No Explanation on Syncing - This app just has links to jump you to your TikTok Catalog and Store Manager accounts. No way to sync products or prompt a sync. No instruction on how to sync up new products when you add them. I'm left jumping through hoops trying to get my account updated with current products and there doesn't seem to be a solution. It should sync everything up for you, that would be the point of the app from my perspective.

Great so far - I think it's great so far, I have had a few problems but they were fixed. I think there's some room for improvement but overall think it's a great app :D

wont finish setup - there is some severe disconnection between BC and TT app. the TT provided instructions look nothing like my app install experience. my TT account is partially connected to BC but wont pull in add center or pixel info, and the "manage" buttons within the app are just dead links.i do have TT for busines, TT business manager, and TT ads manager all linked (as required) but BC just wont see them.
