Tag Rocket or no Tag Rocket - It is simple and clear, if you aren't using Tag Rocket you aren't properly tracking what you are doing and where. I have been doing this since before Google and I have tried every new tool that has come and gone. Rarely do you find something that is both completely effective and simple in its execution. There is Tag Rocket and then everything else.

One of the few must have apps - The standard analytic setup within Bigcommerce can get pretty confusing and there still isn't full support for GA4. This app takes all that confusion away and adds a whole arsenal of tools that are super helpful. The support is also top notch, never have to wait for a response and every email gets answered, no matter how trivial. The Core Web Vital report is next level, it helped uncover things I never would have noticed with the standard free tools out there. Run, don't walk and install this app!

A Must-Get App for Ads and Analytics - This app is outstanding… it will help you out with tag optimization, analytics as well as with google ads, bing ads and FB ads. The customer support/service is world class. I highly recommend this app… it’s a must-get and easy to use.

Absolutely the BEST - This app - along with very impressive support - helped us clean up all of our pixels/tags and get things working smoothly with all the different platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, etc). No One Does It Better - Brad and Tony (the creators of this app) are so fantastic!! A great little app that has made my Google Search Console issues disappear. Better data means better Google results and better sales! Upon download and install, Brad spent over an hour on a Zoom Call with me explaining everything and making sure everything is set up correctly. There were issues with my company that sends my feed to Google / Bing.. the creators didn't let that get in their way. They figured out a solution for fixing the problem.. Cripes $22/month.. it's the best deal around. You need this app !!

Great App! - We started using tagrocket just before it came out of its beta and have to say its been amazing. Aside from taking away a lot of pain with google tag manager it's been really useful for monitoring web vitals and helped to identify issues causing CLS. Really a must have app if you are wanting to track your conversions and site performance.

Conversion Issues Solved! - As we looked for a consultant to fix our conversion code problems in Google and Bing, we discovered the TagRocket app. Its installation process was well documented and the team’s support with setup was outstanding. After setup, conversions more than doubled from the first to the second month with the “jet propulsion” of TagRocket. Also Google and Bing conversion updates are now handled in app, not by our developers. I highly recommend this app!!

If we got stuck they were very quick to get back to us and resolved problems super fast.Once the implementation was complete they continued their support and helped us to find area's of improvement for the website and supported us in making these changes. Our core web vitals are all now classesed as good when we were failing on all previoulsy and more importantly our customer experience has improved.If you are technically minded this will really help your dev team to work on problems that really matter and if you are not I'm sure Tony and Brad will continue to offer their stellar support.

Incredible App - Tony and Brad have developed 2 incredible apps (this one and their SEO Rich Snippets app) that every store should use. They've written extensive documentation, and the app walks you through how to set up everything about as easily as possible for stuff that can get pretty technical. Not to mention they'll help you if you run into any problems, and will do what they can to meet any special requirements such as in our case. The monthly fee may seem steep for smaller stores, but it's well worth it and you'd almost certainly end up spending more for someone else to keep everything up-to-date. I wish all apps were this high quality!
