Great App! - We started using tagrocket just before it came out of its beta and have to say its been amazing. Aside from taking away a lot of pain with google tag manager it's been really useful for monitoring web vitals and helped to identify issues causing CLS. Really a must have app if you are wanting to track your conversions and site performance.

Conversion Issues Solved! - As we looked for a consultant to fix our conversion code problems in Google and Bing, we discovered the TagRocket app. Its installation process was well documented and the team’s support with setup was outstanding. After setup, conversions more than doubled from the first to the second month with the “jet propulsion” of TagRocket. Also Google and Bing conversion updates are now handled in app, not by our developers. I highly recommend this app!!

Brilliant app & amazing support - I didn't fully understand what the TAG Rocket app could do for us at first (I'm not very technical) but I knew that the website needed some help with site speed and google rankings.Impementing that app seemed a little daunting but Tony and Brad were amzing and really walked us through every step. If we got stuck they were very quick to get back to us and resolved problems super fast.Once the implementation was complete they continued their support and helped us to find area's of improvement for the website and supported us in making these changes. Our core web vitals are all now classesed as good when we were failing on all previoulsy and more importantly our customer experience has improved.If you are technically minded this will really help your dev team to work on problems that really matter and if you are not I'm sure Tony and Brad will continue to offer their stellar support.

Incredible App - Tony and Brad have developed 2 incredible apps (this one and their SEO Rich Snippets app) that every store should use. They've written extensive documentation, and the app walks you through how to set up everything about as easily as possible for stuff that can get pretty technical. Not to mention they'll help you if you run into any problems, and will do what they can to meet any special requirements such as in our case. The monthly fee may seem steep for smaller stores, but it's well worth it and you'd almost certainly end up spending more for someone else to keep everything up-to-date. I wish all apps were this high quality!
