However, this one is true!We have 2 stores with these guys, one store is taking card payments with them, although they wanted exclusivity on the payment providers, which is fair enough considering there are no fees to pay.They told me that they make their fees by customers singing up to their app and using it etc, as well as companies advertising on their app.One gripe I have is you cannot refund through bigcommerce which is not the end of the world, until you log into the super portal to find you cannot search by customer name, postcode, address, amount.You can only search by the transaction ID, it's a small faffing for the amount of money we will be saving in fees.Overall, I am happy with super payments, however it's one of those time will tell.
