SERVERS CONSTANTLY DOWN - I also have to edit my review. Their servers are down constantly! It has been OVER 30 hours now, and they've still not responded to ANY of my messages or email! I pay them $900 a month. This is OUTRAGEOUS. RUN AWAY, as fast as you can!!! Great App Ruined by Terrible Server Infrastructure - UPDATED to 1-STAR: We've been using this app for over a year now and it's still great, but their server infrastructure needs fixed and fallbacks in place. We've tolerated quite a few outages since those usually only last a few minutes to an hour and have gotten better over the last few months. Unfortunately, the entire app has been broken for over a day as I write this update and their response has been mediocre at best. They won't give me an ETA. I get things happen, but your service can't be down for days when it powers critical parts of a website (both category and site search in our case). Such a shame, but we're looking into alternatives.ORIGINAL 5-STAR REVIEW:I stumbled upon this app while researching a way to show filters across the top of category pages vs. the typical left sidebar approach. I'm very picky when it comes to making sure any app we use integrates perfectly into our store, meaning no weird UX issues, slow loading, etc., so I was a bit skeptical at first. The out of the box version is solid with tons of customization options via their app settings, and their documentation is good too (albeit referencing Shopify everywhere). Still, you may run into an issue or two or want something to work a bit differently. Thankfully, their support is one of the best I've experienced. I sent no less than 13 emails during our free trial period to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Their team fixed all the bugs I found, customized a few things to our liking, and even added a few features to the app based on our requests (ability to set custom hex code for color swatches and ability to use a custom image as a swatch). I'm sure the app will only keep getting better with more features, such as other ones we requested, including the site search also indexing/showing pages, and the category pages using the set product sort ordering from BigCommerce product admin for how products are ordered on category pages. Definitely give this app a shot if you're looking for either a site search solution and/or a better way to filter and display your products on the category pages.

Doesn't work - Where to begin? I really wanted to like this app. It "looks" sleek. That is unfortunately where the positives end. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any app ever. This never worked. Out of stock products only showed on some pages despite the settings being set otherwise, and the customer service was absolutely abysmal. It took several days to hear back about a critical error, and after deactivating the theme customer service reactivated it without telling me. Run far away from this app. We never made it past the trial period because it never worked. The best support we got was when we uninstalled the product and got an email instantly. It actually pained me to have to reinstall this app just to write this review.
