Easy to set up and great customer service - This could not have been an easier integration with both Big Commerce and the Shippers we use. The rules are simple and easy to set up and the cutomer service has been great through the onboarding and since - not that much help has been needed really, Josh was pro-active in checking if everything was working properly and if any help was needed.

Great cusomer service - We are a company based in Sweden who ship a lot with Deutsche Post and Josh on customer support helped us to connect BigCommerce with Shiptheory so that we can create our labels and synchronize the platform with tracking numbers and labels. We needed to take help from a developer to fix some custom fields but It worked out great when Josh on Shiptheory told us what to do. Everything works great although the interface is unappealing.

Professional Courier/Delivery App that saves time. - I have been impressed by the features and support offered by Shiptheory. They have supported me throughout the set-up process and have provided an excellent level of customer service. The application is simple to use and should save my company considerable time selecting delivery channels, adding customer data, printing labels and passing back tracking ID's.

Great App, Saves a massive amount of time - We were originally manually inputting our delivery labels, which was taking a massive amount of man hours a day once the sales ramped up, and was also problematic for mistakes and errors. Since we implemented the Shiptheory plug-in we have saved countless man hours, reduced errors in deliveries and enabled us to worry about other things, as Shiptheory handles a lot of the shipping responsibility.The support and staff are great, they helped with a few installation and set-up issues we had and we were up and running fairly quickly. The automation side of things also helps as most deliveries that leave our warehouse have little to no manual inputting required.
