Seamless - I've had no issues with route, and my customers have had no issues paying for peace of mind. I only wish it was available for WIX, since i have a store over there as well!

Route has been an excellent add! - Route has solved my shipping angst! Knowing that my customers WILL receive their order, no matter what the package encounters en-route, has given me peaceof mind during these uncertain times. The best add-on to our website since our last new product!

No Issues - Our experience has been positive. Some claims not paid but that is because the customer filed outside of the claim dates. Was on the phone with a customer walking them through the claim process and the claim was paid while i was on the phone. Not sure how much faster or easier it can be. Customers MUST file ALL claims during their claim window and should provide photo evidence of the damage. Damage can happen even if the box does not appear to have any. Added to all of our sites and relieved us of a lot of headaches.

Route helps give our customers peace of mind - Many of our customers choose the insurance because most of our shipments are high-value and very perishable. The crazy thing is that since we added Route to our site last year, very few of the shipments that have been insured had any delays or damage. We have only had a couple customers who said they didn't receive their package, but when prompted to file a police report, never responded or filed.. With the way couriers have been struggling this year, we've had quite a few delays and lost packages but they were not really any of the ones insured through Route.. I'm sure one of these days I will have a route insured claim to deal with and can see how the entire process goes, but for now we are happy with the app - it gives our customers peace of mind and helps prevents illegitimate non-delivery claims. The only con I see is the claim filing windows seem a little short and my customers seem to want to just deal with us directly instead of going through Route for the claim.. I will update my review once I've gone through more claim processes in full.

Amazing App - Our small store has been using this app for a little while now. All I can say is it is amazing. With our company offering free shipping, adding an option to add insurance is amazing and super helpful to our customers. Plus, not having to handle most of the "dirty" work makes our life so much easier.As always, I personally love having a great corporate culture within any company, and the route team does an amazing job. The newsletters trying to help their customers, and amazing customer service if you need it makes this a great option for any company.

Peace of mind for us and our shoppers - Route has been a wonderful addition to our online store. This service is affordable for the shoppers and gives them complete transparency regarding the progress of their orders. It has freed us up too from answering inquiries about order status and we believe that it gives the customers peace of mind. We love the service.

Excellent product - Roughly 80% of our customers purchase Route to protect their order. We've had good success with the app so far.
