Amazing Customer Service & Easy to Use - This is the 4th recommendation app we've tried and it's honestly been the smoothest experience. From installation to customization, RecCommerce is straightforward and simple. When I had questions, suggestions, any issues, etc., the team was super responsive: thorough and FAST. Small businesses need solutions that are reliable, attractive (when it comes to the look and feel of our websites which must compete with large corps), and affordable--RecCommerce is all three.

Shopping Cart - upsell / cross sell widget - Very cost effective. Nice user interface. Pretty good customer support. I am able to install and configure the app, and configure the cross sell and up sell widget at the shopping cart page easily. Free trial for 14 days. I am already seeing results on increasing the revenue during the holiday peak season. Love it. Good product and customer service.

Cross Sell / Up Sell Widget - I think these guys release v2 of the app. I install it, the cross sell and up sell widget looks good and works well on Shopping Cart page. It looks good too. Also, for larger merchant who has a higher revenue, their cost is not too expensive. Good Deal!

Very Nice - This utility is very powerful and useful. With this engine, my customers can see which product is the most useful to them. This is my first impression of this engine. Let's see how much this engine can boost my sale, and I'll return for another review.

Useless Wizard Onboarding - Don't bother!! The wizard onboarding asks you to login to your RecCommerce account before one is even completed for you, upon which, you cannot complete the startup process. The company then starts charging after the free trial as they now have your credientials. Don't waste your time with this one, find another app
