Easy to integrate, good insight to customer needs - We have been using RaveCapture (previously TrustSpot) for 6 years now and have been very happy with them. Support is highly responsive and helpful. Customers can easily write a review, and we find that the comments back are either 1) nice reinforcement of our key messages and value proposition, or 2) make us aware of an issue that we might not otherwise become aware of.Excellent value, especially compared to some of the other big names that want $700+/month for the same service.Highly recommended.

Excellent way to let customers review us - TrustSpot offers lots of configuration options, and they regularly add new features to make their service even more valuable. We had a glitch with our BigCommerce connection recently, but their support team got on it right away. Competitive pricing. Great service.

The photos and video reviews help our customers to see the lifestyle of riding a unicycle - The photos and reviews we generate from using TrustSpot has really helped our customers to see riding a unicycle as a lifestyle. Seeing regular people riding and having so much fun has helped sales overall. The App is easy to install and get started with. TrustSpot helps us to generate Social Media content which also helps drive sales and interest. We have allowed questions to be generated through our site so customers can be directly on a product and ask questions that we answer and publish. I do wish it was easier to export the images and video content though. We have to manually pull these which takes extra time.

Works for our needs - Became a TrustSpot customer via acquisition so I can't really speak to their sales and setup process. However, we have been with them for a couple of years now. The few times I have dealt with their support and billing depts have been fine.The app has grown in terms of complexity with what all it can do. We use it in a pretty limited fashion to solicit and display customer reviews. It works well for our needs. Having Instagram style customer photo rolls that pop in with reviews on the product pages definitely helps drive sales.They have made it pretty simple for customers to leave reviews with photo or video content right from their mobile devices.We also utilize the images in various other marketing campaigns both on and offline. For us that really helps justify the price. One photo shoot of our products in the wild costs the same as an annual subscription. While you can't expect professional quality user generated content I've found that 1...the younger generations don't really care and 2...I would rather have a variety of 50 photos that are completely different to work with then one professional staged setup anyway. The one major gripe that I have (and have pointed out to TrustSpot) seems to be shared by other users. While you can export the plaintext of reviews in bulk, image and video content has to be manually pulled. It's not difficult to do but it takes time and I shouldn't have to waste my time or pay someone to extract content I own from a service I pay for.

AVOID - AVOID AVOID AVOID - started running into difficulties with this app and reached out to the support team, they were far from helpful. Customer service is appalling, one lady in particular “Beth” blocked me from live chat. When I emailed to ask why - they firstly said my plan didn’t cover live chat – subsequently turned out “Beth” felt I was being “Incendiary”. I run an ecommerce business I know how to behave when dealing with customers and clients! The real reason they blocked my live chart feature ….I was on a monthly plan that charged $29, they then disconnected my app from the store, promoting me to PAY $149 A MONTH - this app is definitely not worth that kind of money. Very bad customer services and limited app features.AVOID AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Forced to move here - So far, horrible. I was forced to come to this platform when they bought the one I was at. Features are limited compared to what I had and the UI on this is horrible. Makes absolutely zero sense. The imported information from another company and was on there for 2 weeks until I saw it. They told that me that was what "on boarding" is for. I had no idea you had to be on boarded to see all the issues. I thought that would have been fixed before and on boarding is teaching you how to use it, but that was my mistake. The customer service is timely in responding but not super helpful. Instead of trying to solve problems they say I should have been "on boarded" instead. It has just been a very frustrating and horrible transition. At this point I can't find an alternative but as soon as I do I would love to cancel this service. Plus, in the 2 weeks I have been with them, have not had a single review. ON my other platform I got them daily. Did I mention they only have 1 person doing the on boarding? To get a time that actually works, It is 3 weeks right now.UPDATE:Been 2 months since I started this service. It gets worse by the day. I have received 3 picture reviews since starting. That means those cost about $275 dollars each. I have learned a few things in these last two months:1. You can not easily get your content off this platform. They have no way to easily download videos. In fact, there is no way to export any of the product experiences (ones with pictures or videos) at all. They only let you export reviews. If you ever want to get your content from them, don't choose this service. It seems like they do it on purpose so you will stay2. Every feature I need/want is either not available or coming soon. If you try and post one of the pictures of videos to Facebook, it does not even post the customers review they typed along with it or a link to the product the reviewed. What is the point then Trustpilot? Everything you post has to be filled in by you, by hand, even though the info is already in their system. 3. The famous words of their "customer service": Well, I can't see what you are seeing on my end. That is code for we aren't going to help you. Even when I post a picture of what I am seeing they are not super inclined to help. However, as I was told, I was the only one having issues...I would highly suggest finding someone else. As long as everything goes 100% right, then you should be okay. Be sure to do the "on boarding" since they don't bother to look at your account for issues. It is up to you to see all the problems that will happen when you join. And don't ever expect to get your content off their system either. If you choose them, you better hope you like it.Update: This place gets worse and worse. The customer service is horrible. After telling me that their service is not working for me (In 3 months, and out of 780 emails, only 3 people acctually responded) I was told this by Larry, a suppossed customer service rep: ""It's not working" just false. You are collecting and displaying content. Your choice to cherrypick 2 differences and ignore the 100 feature additions isn't something we can control. "Extremely limited functionality" is a joke, quite frankly. We have 10x as many things as RW and add new things every weeks." So according to Trustpilot, paying 400 dollars a month for 1 email per month is acceptable and okay. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will take your money very easily and never give it back.

Great for Product Reviews with pictures and videos - TrustSpot is the best reviews platform I have ever used. Worked with 2 other platforms before I found TrustSpot. I am thrilled to be partnering with them for my product reviews with customer generated content (pictures and videos) and company reviews with an Exit Survey allowing customers to give immediate feedback. Ryan (one of the co-founders) talked with me personally about Trustpot, giving a live on screen demo and let me know how they could help me. No high pressure salesman routine on the phone. They even installed the system on my store for free, imported my previous reviews and offer great support after the install. Always easy to chat with Beth if I have questions too. Great product, support and fair pricing.
