He was very helpful, understandable, and knowledgeable about the subject. I hope to work with him again. Webgility is a good product for getting orders from BigCommerce to Quickbooks. That used to be a very manual process. Webgility has made good progress in growing their interface over the years. Would definitely recommend the app and service.

Great support once it's set up - It takes a bit of patience to get everything set up, but fortunately the customer support is great-- I just had to get someone on the phone and they helped me work out all the kinks. Prateek was especially helpful.

Problem downloading order from Big Commerce - ChandraShekhar Yadav was very helpful to get this resolved quickly.
