Terrible Customer Service - Since we are migrating from Shopify to BigCommerce, the customer service person Ryan decided that we are scammers or spammers despite having nearly 30,000 orders on Shopify. Since the number of contacts we have didn't "tally with our social media" he made his decision. We don't have a huge following of our own on social media, but we do work with one of the biggest influencers in the space that has well over 300k followers and we are mentioned in every single video. They lost a good paying customer because they didn't find out the answers to these simple questions.

Why use anything else? - We are using OnVoard's All-in-One App, which includes E-mail marketing, Rewards (Reperks), Prompt (Pop Ups), Back in stock Notification, Product Recommender, Reviews and Progress Bar. I am currently only integrating the email marketing, rewards, pop ups, and back in stock. For all those apps, I'm still paying less then we were for Constant Contact alone. There is a bit of learning curve just as there is with any app, but Ryan (app support) has been extremely helpful with helping me understand how to use the apps or he simply does it for me if it's more complicated. Every e-mail has been responded to within less than 24 hours. I have been extremely impressed!

Game changer - We switched over to OnVoard because we have several apps, paying several charges every month... now this app does all of what those apps did and more... I love the prompts, it has helped us to drive additional sales before our customer check out... well worth it

Lots of features, well built, great support! - Installed the app. Interface is nice, the app has many features! In fact, it could replace a couple of apps I already use. At the moment, I have set up a couple of upsell features and sold some items so it does work, and works well! Also looks great on the site, very nicely designed. I have been talking with the app support and they are very patient with me, helpful and hands on in helping to get anything set up. It is early days, but I already really like this app and can see it being one of our main apps on our store. I will be sure to update this in the near future once we have used the app some more.
