Great app! - We are a B2B business and our store is restricted behind a login, so this app is crucial for us to review and activate new accounts without delay. The functionality is simple, but works exactly as advertised.

Works well, most of the time - We have been using this app since we launched our website 2 years ago. I'm shocked this is nothing something build in to BigCommerce, but for the most part this does what is expected. The only issue is that, occasionally it seems to drop our email, so we stop getting notifications. Then I need to go back in, and add it back, and then it starts working again. Only has happened around 4 times in 2 years, but still annoying. It would also be nice if we could customize the email a bit.

Works great, can't beat the price - Does what it says it does, simple and effective. I wish someone could make an app that would write a comment in a customer order when it's their first time order, that would be even more useful to me, but I'm very thankful for this app. It's been plugging away on my site for several years now, and it's worked perfectly.

Critical - Thanks for this app. Absolutely critical for our business. When customers sign up, we know, so we can assign them the to proper customer group right away.

Great app...however... - Great app...however...it would be nice to be able to customize which fields are included when the email is sent. E.g for us it would be great to have the customer address fields. With that it would be 5 stars for me.

Fantastic app! - It is about time! We are finally able to get a notification email when a new account is created on our store. This has been a long time coming, but well worth the wait. Thanks for creating this!
