OK if you do not expect too much - I am on Growing Business USD25 per month plan and have been using MailerLite for over 5 years. The original platform was very simple but perfect for plain email marketing. The new MailerLite came with new pricing and features. On the positive side - the email building blocks and templates are really good, easy to use and customize. Very good UI, comes with great "how to" videos to learn new features. However, the Automations are patchy at the best, often not working. It took weeks to sort out issue of Abandoned Carts not populating with products, then stopped working altogether. All customer lists have to be synced manually, there is no automatic syncing and ML does not keep API logs to see how the integration works. Email only support, usually responds really quickly.

Embedded form - I have the honour to put the first BigCommerce review of MailerLite.I am starting up a company and I wanted to have an embedded form that could capture the country and email of the people interested in my product outside the UK. I found everything I needed for free with MailerLite. I understand the features are limited with the free plan but this is far better than anything on the market. Most of the email marketing solution on the market are trying to drain your money before you get to use any basic feature. I would recommend this app. I will definitely move to a paid plan once I reach a certain amount of subscribers in the case of MailerLite this is 1000 for the moment!!!!
