Great project, great result - This was a great project with JMango360. We (Studio Anneloes) are using Bigcommerce as an Ecommerce Platform. Two things that had a real impact on pricing and time compare to other companies. 1. Out of the box connection with Bigcommerce. 2. A great business partner and a lovely team to deal with. - We have been using JMango for our B2C App for almost a year now, their service is second to none. They are always on hand to help with support queries, and implementing new features never seems to be an issue. We are also at the final build stage of a B2B Desktop Portal/App with JMango and have been very impressed with the development so far. The Most Perfect Experience I Have EVER Had with a Company! - After 15 years in business, we began really focusing on our analytics and quickly realized that almost 70% of our buyers shop on mobile, which is crazy because only a couple years ago 70% were shopping via desktop computer. Our company immediately decided that we need to take the next step of having a cell phone app built because it’s the ultimate way to connect with your customers and increase sales. Choosing a company to build the app wasn’t too difficult because I saw that JMango offered a simplistic “App Builder” that would allow my company to make changes to the app without always having to contact the app developer for help. This was a major selling feature for me because I don’t know the slightest thing about app development but the App Builder was very similar to the internal workings of our BigCommerce site. It is beautifully designed with the user in mind… and you don’t need any experience to use it. I also liked that it’s 100% free to use the app builder. You only pay once the App is live, so I knew it would give me as much time as I needed without incurring debt. So, I signed up on a Friday night and started building the app in a single weekend. The following Monday I was contacted by JMango. I’m telling ya, these are the nicest people you’ve never met! They’re located in the Netherlands and I’m in the USA so all of our communication was done via email, skype and a (free) networking app (called Zoho), which is awesome because neither party wants to pay for international calls. It was at this time that I decided I wanted our App to look as professional as possible. While the JMango DIY Designer was super simple and I *could* have just done it myself, I wanted it to be perfect so I hired JMango to make it awesome for me… and they sure did! I’m not sure how to describe a company who exceeds expectations to the highest level imaginable… then exceeds that too, but that’s what JMango 360 did.Over the next two months JMango worked on my app non stop. Literally every single day tasks were accomplished ahead of schedule. Every single question I had was answered super fast and thoroughly. In fact, JMango was so fast that I was struggling to keep up with them! For real!I worked closely with Danielle from Jmango who is such an amazing, hardworking woman. She would send me a variety of images and ask “which do you like best?”, “Do you like these colors?”, “what do you think of these icons?”... it was incredible and really exciting too. Danielle went totally above-and-beyond for our company in every possible way. As time progressed, the app started coming together super fast and the excitement was nearly unbearable… kind of like remodeling your living room; once you paint the walls and bring in the new decor you get so happy to envision how it will look when it is complete! My first time seeing the completed app I was blown away. I showed my sons and they even said “Mom, that’s *your* app”, in total amazement. We couldn’t believe how nice it was!! I was expecting a decent app, but I wasn’t expecting an app that looked like it cost a fortune and had all the bells and whistles you can ask for! Danielle asked me to send her a list of changes or errors I find… but I was having problems finding anything wrong! I tried so hard to nitpick but there really wasn’t anything wrong at all. The only thing I really wanted to change was the ugly icons *I* picked out during the DIY App Builder Phase. I felt bad even asking if JMango could change ALL of MY awful icons because our company has hundreds of categories and subcategories and each has an icon...and our sub categories have sub categories… all with icons… so I offered to pay extra for them to be changed. I didn’t even know if it was possible for JMango to find THAT MANY different icons. Like, how do you find an icon for “Kids Jogger Pants” sub category? JMango did not accept my offer of additional pay but immediately went to work finding beautiful icons that really put the finishing touch on the app. Somehow they managed to find all of these incredible icons. They even sent me the icons for free so I could use them on our main website so the site matches the app. During our Beta Test Phase we had approximately 30 people help us test the app from all different Android and Apple devices. The couple issues people found were immediately corrected then a big update was done. Since the update we have had nothing but great feedback from our Beta Testers. Currently, we are a couple days from officially launching the app and Danielle is still helping me non-stop. She sent me a customized QR code (which I completely wasn’t expecting at all!), emailed me a “graphics packet” that consisted of all kinds of high resolution images of the app that we can use to advertise and even made a banner that our website visitors will see when they access our .com site via mobile. The banner will let these visitors know that we have an app available. Gosh, there’s been so many things that Danielle and JMango have done for our company that it’s hard to even think of all of them at this moment! In closing; if you want an app, you absolutely MUST pick JMango360. JMango360 is incredibly cost-effective and you get a damn-near-perfect product FAST. When you have a question it is answered right away by a real person. JMango360 is a completely stress-free experience… and how many times in life can you truly say that about a company? JMango wants to give you the absolute best product imaginable because the majority of their income comes from monthly payments - so by providing you an AMAZING app you’ll have it forever and essentially be an unending repeat buyer of JMango. Another thing that I like a lot is that the monthly payments are based on your SUCCESS WITH THE APP. They are THAT confident in their product that they literally base their fee on the income the app generates for you. I currently pay under $300 per month and I can almost guarantee you that in 2 months time our app will be generating no less than $20,000 a month. I expect us to hit at least $50,000 a month through the app before the end of the year. I know for a fact that the app is going to increase sales too.
