IS not refunding for services NOT provided - Horrible unethical company which offers a company BCI that has shut down it;s E-commerce program yet Inventory Source whom knows this still bills us monthly and when IS is confronted refuses to refund our monthly fees.FYI I have been using online chat which also is useless IS rep:I will make sure the required refund request form is sent to you in reply to your recent email and our billing team will be able to review this concern.Me the same form I submitted in 6-2020 and May 2021 and STILL NO REFUNDS

Review of Service - I've been paying for Inventory Source since February and my store is still not going....my web developer wants me to fix the categories but I can't figure it out on my own. Its hard to get help same day....you have to schedule a call for next day or day after which is very frustrating. When I had my onboarding call, i was very unsure of the entire process so didn't get to use my time well. Ive been paying alot for this service and think it would work great if it was set up properly.

Review - We have been using IS for just a few months but have been pleased with the service. Scheduling zoom calls for assistance is easy, convenient, and most helpful.

Inventory Source - I've been using Inventory Source since I started my company BBG Marine Electronics 12 years ago. IS has always provided excellent service and accurate data feeds.

Most incompetent group of people - The software doesn't do what they promise it will do. Stay away from inventory source and flxpoint

Used for several Months - I loved the app and used a couple of the companies in the dog supply business. However, I have discontinued with Essential Pets due to the lack of concern of MY customers and MY Business. An item was damaged in shipping and UPS returned it to the sender. I spoke with my customer, she never even saw the package, it was never delivered, UPS rejected it. I contacted Jason at Essential Pets, he basically said he didn't believe my customer, people lie all the time. "He has years of Retail experience". I asked if they would resend because my customer really wants the item. He responded that they would have to wait for the package, file a claim with UPS and then I would be refunded, its a $300+ Item. He told me I had to buy ANOTHER one, so I did, with a note to package better. The Same thing happened, except this time it didn't even make it to her town before it was returned. I emailed him telling him it had been returned to the shipper and they have had a couple of days to look it over, I would appreciate a refund because I now have to refund my customer. I told him I didn't want to have to file a chargeback. This is his response. "Filing a chargeback would be fraudulent and outright theft. We advise against that. Such threats are also a very unprofessional way to conduct business". I was not 'Threatening him" I simply stated my option, as my customers have the same options.

Using for many yeears - We have been using Inventory Source for many years now, at least 6 or 7. They have always been on top of our issues anytime we contact them. Very fast service! Which is what you need online. They constantly upgrade there infrastructure and the new tools are much easier to use than before. The only down side is that some brands from your distributor may be locked out because of manufacture price protection. We will continue to use Inventory Source for the distant future!

Inventory Source is a god send - This is a great app to connect to your BigCommerce store. The integrations are simple to manage and the customizations are great. Note customization is required for some of the suppliers, but the IS team is very helpful in navigating the configuration. This is a HUGE time saver in terms of maintaining updated supplier stock status and current pricing, while allowing a diverse combination of settings to automate much of your product and inventory management.

Sign up asap! You will VERY HAPPY YOU DID - This is a must have any store owner that can use the suppliers they currently have. This is the best app I have come across in years! This is the real deal and it works 100%. They are very helpful and don't leave you hanging in the wind for answers. They are serious about their services and offer exactly what they provide. If your not computer savvy on the tech side, it may appear difficult to use and you do have to understand some basics about what happens when the products come and how to categorize them. I am super excited and you will be once you see how valuable this app is!

Great App for linking inventory - Use the app to help with both on hand and JIT inventory management. Have been using them for 2 years now. Their customer service is the best around, really appreciate that!

Very Good First Impression -

This service seems to have clear terms and a very wide number of available distributors in the US.  It's no possible to search for a product among the various distributors, but each one has a primary category displayed along with the number of available products.  The largest suppliers should be included in any new product search as they often include many items outside of their primary or displayed category.

Excellent Service -

Inventorysource offers a great number of companies to start your dropship business, they even provide with website design and setup, i have been dealing with them for a long period of time and they are always there to help and their support is excellent. i definitely recommend them to all.

Couldn't run my business without Inventory Source -

Inventory Source is a God send for us! We no longer have to constantly monitor our online store, knowing that they have our back. Everything is totally automated without a hitch. Before Inventory Source, we tried other companies and were very disappointed with their lack of expertise and knowledge of what it takes to run a successful inventory automation system. We have now been with IS for almost 4 months and couldn't me happier. Now that we have things running smoothly with our online store, we are now ready to have them automate our Amazon Store. Yeah!! Absolutely love this app!!  Inventorysource has great customer service and support.  They want to know your business goals and ideas and figure out ways that they can help.  This app auto updates my product feed and inventory making sure I don't sell products that are out of stock or no longer available.  They also have a large selction of great suppliers to choose from that have also been very helpful.
