Used to be fine, issues recently - This app used to work fine, but there have been 2 issues so far this year. First, I spent almost a month going back and forth with the developer to fix the Google Customer Review popup appearing again after customers closed it on the order confirmation screen. Not a huge issue, but not a great experience for customers, and took longer to resolve than it should have. The big issue is I just uncovered the app is no longer presenting the Google Customer Review survey opt-in popup to customers. This has been happening for about 1 month, perhaps related to their recent app update. I just contacted the developer, but this should never have happened. I tested and confirmed the issue is happening on both our stores that use it. It's likely the survey opt-in popup isn't working on any merchant's website who is using their app. Perhaps I'm just the 1st to notice the issue. Hopefully they make it right and refund or credit customers.

Fantastic app, superb service - This app is simple to deploy and makes a world of difference. Great way to get google reviews on Big Commerce without having to subscribe to the more expensive BC plans. The app makers provide out of this world customer service, extremely prompt with clear communication. Any time I reached out with a question they were resolving it on the first communication. The price is also extremely affordable.

Superb Software Provider - I feel bad that I can only give them 5 Stars - If you are considering their app and you are "tied" with another doing something similar BUY ONE FROM MEGNOTEC. The app was working but sub-optimally a couple days in. I emailed them at night. The next morning they had solved the issue to bring it to full optimization, what most impressed me though: THEY ACTUALLY READ MY EMAIL - VALIDATED MY ISSUE - AND FIXED IT THE FIRST TIME! That is SO RARE these days in software development, normally its one email I get back something copy and paste from an FAQ which is really frustrating. Every software company the 1st time sends me copy paste junk until I actually complain except these guys they actually did something crazy - They Listened the Customer! They looked and took their product from a C+ to an A+ without wasting my time.

Good, easy app to install and use - Good app to use. Installation was fairly simple and support is great, so any questions you have, they reply and assist immediately.

Easy to install and implement - This is the third review service we have participated in and Google Customer Reviews was surprisingly easy to connect with our store. I like that. :) Paying for it was a little tricky because you're taken to an external site to enter your credit card information and I had a little trouble maneuvering my way around it. I had a couple of customer service questions and they responded to the first one right away, but I had to follow-up on the 2nd email. So far so good. Based on my short experience, I would recommend this app.

Fantastic app & great service - I have no time to spare thinking about installations. This app is a breeze to install and works a treat. I did have a moment of panic when the banner failed to appear on the bottom right hand corner. I emailed Chandra at 7pm (Oz time) and by the morning when I checked the website there was my banner!! No fuss, no bother, just the perfect way to deal with a customer's issue. I have absolutely no hesitation in writing this review as this is one company I do recommend, both their product and their after sales service is exemplary.
