EXCELLENT Customer Service - If I could rate them 6+ stars I would. We were getting fraudulent orders with no protection. E4F"s algorithm filters out fraudulent orders. When necessary they even manually review the order ! They insure all legitimate orders with a green mark " insured" . If a fraudulent order gets through they pay the chargeback ( hasn't happened yet ) . I can now sleep at night. More importantly the customer service is from another era. I have gotten personal calls from the owner of the company on his cell phone to coordinate our set up . This level of service is unheard of today ! They are US based and go above and beyond to help . WELL worth the money ! We got favorable rates from their payment processing and moved to that as well. The one fraudulent order we got, had the charges automatically refunded to avoid the menacing chargeback notice we had been receiving !
