Great software and service! - We were having a lot of fraud charges, charge backs, and issues with our last processor. All of the fraud protection from credit card companies and paypal are bogus. They don't actually provide fraud protection, they just provide filters for processing. I stumbled upon eye4fraud and the owner (Joel) had actually flown out to discuss our business and rates. Super nice gentleman and great service! They now process our payments as well as provide fraud protection. The fraud protection is superior in every way. We immediately receive an email if it is fraud or the account has been linked to charge backs. They also handle the chargebacks if the initial charge was insured. This really allows us to manage fraud, and not lose out on 10's of thousands of dollars a month. I would say our fraud has dropped by 80-90% using eye4fraud. The software, customer service, and processing is top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Effective Protection with Very Responsive Service - We implemented Eye4Fraud 6 months ago after a very quick, steep escalation in chargebacks. Mark, our account manager, helped us quickly implement this solution and has remained extremely accessible whenever we have had questions. The app installed flawlessly and has performed great ever since. Large, suspect transactions are further screened by an actual live person. We still occasionally have fraudulent transactions approved by our CC processor, but to date, Eye4Fraud has caught every one prior to us shipping.

Great protection - We had a rash of fraudulent orders that were very hard to detect because they were stealing real customers' contact info and shipping addresses and stealing the packages or redirecting them in transit. Eye4Fraud has saved us a ton of time in evaluating orders for fraud potential and has flagged numerous fraudulent orders. We still had a few chargebacks and Eye4Fraud reimbursed us for these as promised without hassle. Highly recommended.

Great Service - We have had Eye4Fraud since we started with Big Commerce. We have really been impressed with the personal service that they provide. When you call, you talk to a human being! We recently had to refund a customer's order because of an inventory problem, and they credited us back the insurance charge no questions asked in about an hour. Talk about easy. And the peace of mind when sending out an order now is great. If they say that the order is insured, we can ship it without worrying about chargebacks! That is the greatest advantage of Eye4fraud! So far, we have been thoroughly satisfied with them! Great Company!

Good Company - We did a trial of Eye4Fraud and it worked so well we not only signed up, but are using their credit card services as well. Mark was very helpful in getting us set up, following through and taking care of us as a customer.

I feel secure - Before purchasing fraud protection, I was losing so much money on chargebacks from fraudulent orders. It was frustrating, expensive, and time consuming filling out chargeback dispute forms. I feel secure knowing that if I ship an order that Eye4Fraud has marked "insured", it is a legitimate order, and if not, Eye4Fraud will deal with the chargeback dispute for me.

They do what they say they do - we have been using them for several months now. Its a simple concept, just tell me if things are fraud and if they aren't then give me a guarantee. They do that and without much hassle. Responsive during installation process and quick to respond with the one question I had so far.

Excellent Fraud prevention service! - We sell many high value kits ($700-$1000+). Had a string of fraud orders before we added Eye4Fraud. They have stopped the fraud orders and saved us a ton of $$ and headache dealing with them. Orders are reviewed and approved quickly. This has allowed us to quickly cancel and refund orders that are marked Fraud or even ones that are Denied insurance (99% possible fraud) thus avoiding even having to deal with the chargeback. It's been so nice not having to worry about orders we ship out being purchased with stolen cards. So far we have not had any purchases that have gone through and been approved but turned out to be fraud.
