We have been using eye4fraud a little over a year now, in short we are very satisfied and recommend this app.1. Integration was a little tricky given our setup but eye4fraud was there every step of the way and made it painless. even asking for special messages to be carried through to our shipping provider were no problem.2. The product just works, we are no longer concerned if an order is valid anymore. If it come in we ship it!3. If a fraudulent order does get through eye4fraud covers it! It’s happened and they have.4. Support is super responsive, if there is ever an issue (we haven’t had many lately) we have full confidence they will solve it.

Love this app and service - We worked with Joel several months ago to get this service set up on our BigCommerce site, and we could not be happier. Previously we felt like we were on an island with the credit card processors, basically losing every chargeback case. We also spent loads of time researching each purchase to make sure we felt it was legit. With this service, we wait for the ok (usually seconds), and then ship away without worry. Early on we had a few chargebacks slip through, but eye4fraud has been good on their word and reimbursed those charges. Given the money saved and the peace of mind provided, this service is a bargain!

Great Company - Worked with Joel and his team at Eye4Fraud regarding my bigcommerce store, GruvenParts.com. Best App I Have bought So Far - Eye For Fraud is by far the best app I have purchased for our website since we have had it. We are a family business and had several issues with frauded credit cards on our website. I thought we would give Eye For Fraud a try and it was our best decision of the year. Wish I would have found them earlier - We were requiring billing and shipping addresses to match to help prevent fraud. Since going with Eye4Fraud we were able to stop doing that. Saves so much time! - We were spending so much time vetting each order for fraud that it had become a big part of our day. With Eye4fraud we now get alerts when an order is fraudulent and good orders get insured. We can hover over order notes in ShipStation to see the status of the order within seconds.
