ePOSnow .... FAIL! - WE started with ePos NOW to setup our store.. Advised by them to create their DB first and then import into Big Commerce.. So we followed their instructions and created our 500 products and delt with the limitations of only 20-49 characters for the product name (we sell books). then we had to purchase another add on for $29/m for Bulk editing... Did that.Then connected it to Big Commerce ... Was a painful experience as when you go to connect to connect to a store, it wants to create a new one and not just ask for your Existing store login in credentials.After Syncing with Big Commerce (we chose the Single DB so that the stock levels and products would eb the same on both sides.... (as instructed)However we needed more descriptions and photos etc added to our products.. this had to be done directly in Big Commerce as there was no export /import feature for pictures and Longer descriptions...All was going fairly well for 8+ moths until we needed to add some extra products and also update prices and stocktake quantities. I updated everything in ePOSNow and waited for the Sync to Big Commerce... it didn't happen so I contacted support and asked them to check out the issue..It was at this point things turned South.The tech un-synced and re-synced the account (this I believe forced the items that were in ePOSNow to be removed from the BigCommerce Account and then re-added... THUS LOOSING ALL EDITED INFORMATION!!!! nearly 12 months of adding in photos and descriptions etc all got deleted, and there was no backup as Big Commerce says you need to pay for a service to do the backup (this is actually incorrect and if you use WEBDav you can control this for your self) Suffice to say this was DEVASTATING to our business and has caused A LOT of heartache and stress. Will NEVER deal with them again. We have cancelled out POS system and will live without it. Will end up using a terminal on the front counter with an active web connection to the BigCommerce store and a barcode reader for our POS option.Extremely disappointed with the way ePOSNow integrates int BigCommerce .. BigCommerce to their credit was able to at least restore a basic backup that they do (but this is NOT a usual service) so we at least got back all the products and text... we lost all the images (which could have been backed up via the WEBDav interface)Hope you found this review useful.The experiences we had where our own, yours may differ and thats great for you. for us however it was a cataclysmic FAIL!

importing - This product doesn't work. i have had it now for over 8 months and have spent all my time importing products to my website. Out of over 2000 products only 54 of them are sinced. i cannot get any help whatsoever. no one replies to emails or phone calls. Pathetic.

Doesn't work - I have been waiting for the last 12 months after starting my integration between EposNow and BigCommerce, spending hundreds of hours setting up product description and photos of over 3500 products we stock. It has never synced properly and have just been advised that the system is still not working properly with no fix date they can give. EposNow have advised me and offered me a discounted subscription to Shopify to move across to them.Do not fall into the same trap that I did and think that this will work as they are advertising, it simply doesn't. An absolute waste of time, money and reputation for my business not having a working Ecommerce system just a mess of a website as nothing works as it should.Happy to change this review if BigCommerce can get the integration to work on my site before I move to Shopify in the next few weeks.
