Easy Language Translate - Setting up is a breeze, customizing still need some work. As we needed help to customize, Easy Language Translate provided fast and efficient support resulting in satisfactory translation.

Language translation - Since my shop has mainly German speaking customers, I need a translation from English to German. Unfortunately this is not provided by BigCommerce per default. So I need to buy a translation app in addition. Extra money spent. This works pretty well for all pages except Checkout page. The translation app provider says this is because this page is locked by BigCommerce. Honestly, I feel a little fooled now. Checkout page in English makes my customers abort the Checkout process. This is lost business. Unprofessional, I would judge. I now consider to switch to Shopify, since they provide this option if not provided in time by BigCommerce.
