Wonderful app! - Just downloaded DropCommerce as I was recommended to me by a friend, and so far I am not disappointed! Products look awesome, and the suppliers are just what I'm looking for! Can't wait to see the results I get from this great app!

Started off great, and then.. - Our experience with Dropcommerce started off great with the exception of their being no bulk import option. First you load the items into your list one and at time, then you have to click import on each one. For a large store like ours, this was costly and time consuming. Otherwise it was great first. Orders would automatically be placed, the inventory would sync. Now for some reason, none of this is happening and we have received little to no support. Upon reinstalling, an instruction given by support, we were double charged for our subscription. Inventory no longer syncs and things that are out of stock are constantly being ordered. We were told to manually update them, but we have thousands of their supplier's products in our store. Three time's we have issues with suppliers either not responding to our messages or being what we call a "ghost supplier" (meaning for what ever reason the supplier is no more ie stripe account has been closed, they're no longer in business but their products are still being offered on the platform) Because of these issues, we're loosing customer's and their trust daily, even getting negative reviews. We pay for their premium membership, I can't say its been worth it. For the same price as one month, my developer was able to create a very similar app (Dropcommerce uses a common app template) that we can rely on for our other supply chains, but Dropcommerce does not offer API access as far as we can tell. Since then, we've asked for a CSV file containing our active SKU's and their current stock level at the very least. We hope to update this review with a positive outcome. Until then, I would be careful if you are planning on carrying a large amount inventory from this app and it's suppliers. Still suitable and rather affordable for smaller operations I would say.

Wholesale Product Sourcing - This company is great! They have products sourced from USA & Canada. I have filled my store with products! The automatic product inventory level works good, they even send you emails of inventory levels, price change and such. They get back to you ASAP! The only thing I wish they had is to direct phone line, which I understand they will have soon, This company is pretty new here on BigCommerce, as you can tell by only 2 reviews thus far. I bought thier best plan, imported over 1,000 products in 2 days. The import tool works great, just make SURE you target where you want your products placed in your store! They have low value to high value products. They are adding new suppliers too. The suppliers have thus far been great! I get notice of shippments ETC! I have bought products personnally in order to test things out. If your drop shipping, this is an app you should consider in your TOP choices! I am so happy I stumbled onto this company FOR SURE!My store will launch Jan 04 2021. www.ASAPeStore.com, just HAD to give my store a PLUG! LOL! But you can see all thier products on my store! The only negative is, YOU just became my compition! LOL!

Phenomenal App with Customer Service To Match - I was very happy to find this app. I was looking for US based suppliers to fill my store with. This app is easy to add with reasonable monthly fees depending on how many products you want to have in your store. I found that this app only deals with products from US or Canada based businesses. The best feature is that there is no transaction fee taken when you sell an item: you only pay the monthly membership chosen for drop commerce and wholesale cost of the item. That's it! And more potential profit for my store. The app is very organized by supplier and by niche. It is very easy to add products to your store from this app. Customer service is amazing. I had a few issues with my particular store with certain suppliers not being able to import to my store correctly, and they were all solved quickly with customer service that makes you feel they are not only happy to solve your issue but really appreciate their customers. Thank Drop Commerce for making it easy to expand my store catalog :)
