Fantastic Add-On - I have more than 20 years of experience in website and software development and it's not very often that I find an add-on product that works as claimed out of the box. DooFinder infinitely improves the standard BigCommerce search experience. Backend is intuitive and offers enough flexibility to allow for some customization. I have a product catalog with thousands of makes and models and DooFinder seamlessly integrated with that catalog to allowed for a more robust search. I'm an analytics guy, so the data DooFinder amalgamates for you is also helpful. One critique. I think the mobile layout could use a little work, but I haven't played around with it enough to determine if that's just my issue. Great Search Engine and Fantastic customer service by Tau - Tau was super patient and incredibly professional. It took us some time to evaluate this search engine and we were not really thinking about upgrading our search bar functionality, but Tau took the time to show us the ins and outs of the app and we tried this for some time and realized the value.

Best Search Option - Doofinder is awesome. We had been searching for an app better than the BC standard search. Most of the options we saw were way overpriced. We came across Doofinder and they offered us a free 30 day trial. After 2 days, I was ready to sign up. Daniel has been extremely helpful teaching me all of the features and answering any questions I have. They customized the search bar to match our theme. The coolest feature I use is the custom search. It can be done down to the letter. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful Addition to Our Website - Very helpful tool to get customers to the product they need to find quickly. We offer many product types that can be known by different names, the Synonym feature has been very helpful directing customers to the proper products. We also like we can boost certain product types or categories, so newer products take priority. Company was very helpful with onboarding and got back to us quickly when we had a question. Would recommend to others.

Awesome Product - If I would have known this app was available I would have had it the moment I started my website. Customers search every day for items and its never been great now the AI and features bring actual relevant products up. Awesome product for the price.

The Search Game Has Officially Changed - For months our team was kicking around ideas how to make our searches better. We had all but given up when Daniel from DooFinder gave us a call and literally changed our business. Not only did the tool come with the features we wanted (ie. custom searches, banners, filters), but it was also FASTER than BigCommerce search tool which is pretty wild. Excellent app and fantastic service - The rep that called me was super friendly and walked me through all the steps to really see the advantage of using this service. Normally we do not add extras like this to our ecommerce but after allowing a free trial run and using the service ourselves in real time we really saw the benefit and was happy to sign up. Our rep was fantastic and wasn't pushy at all. Excellent service!

Improved Search over last Provider - Won't name the other provider before this but this has been a much better solution. It pulls up more relevant data making it easier for customers to find products. Chris has been great at help us set everything up.

Great product search app - Ivan called a little over a month ago, set my website up with Doofinder, it's remarkable how it does it's searches and is a plus for my customers to help them quickly find what they are looking for. Found out I can also adapt that during the holidays to help promote holiday items too. Banners and other pluses. Also found out it is the same price for more than one website. Ivan was excellent to work with. Looking forward to adding the free banners, up to 100 can be added. Nice feature.
