Excellent Search Functionality - The search functionality and features you get at the price is an excellent value and very reasonable. The only drawback in my eyes is that the search function will not bring you to native website Product listing pages but instead leaves you on the DooFinder generated search results page. Not a deal breaker as they can make it pretty closely match the website and it does make the search results faster.

Advanced Functionality - We were looking for a better search option than the default... and lo and behold, the Doofinder App presented much more than we could have hoped for! Not only exceptional predictive searches but also customization and marketing opportunities! Adi was exceptional in her product knowledge and set up of the trial! Seamless, instant implementation even with our customized theme. For a website with hundreds of skus, I would not hesitate to recommend!

DooFinder Search App - This app is so amazingly fast and intuitive that I've subscribed before my free trial is up! There are a lot of customization options so it takes a bit of time getting everything fine-tuned, but it's well worth it. And Anthony, my onboarding representative, is providing over-the-top technical support.

Excellent Search App - This tool has been a valuable aid in accurately assisting our clients in finding the exact product that they are looking to purchase. We have found this app to outperform our expectations in the 30 days it's been installed on our website. The challenge: Our products are not brand names, they are custom, that means many search terms are used by our clients to find a product or service they need. The beautiful layout and ease of use makes it easy to see the resulting products and as a bonus the products can be added right to cart from the search bar which has led to increased sales and conversions. I'm always hesitant to add apps to my site but in this case with Peters help, it was a breeze and one that makes sense for us internally and for our clients.

Great App! - The BigCommerce search bar isn't very helpful to my customers. This app makes it far easier to find what they are looking for. It is much more targeted. I'm looking forward to tweaking things as I go along. Peter has been very helpful in getting this setup and running!

Blows Away Big Commerce Search - Really big improvement over the standard BC search engine. Fast results and strait forward to configuration. Onboarding with basic config was easy and David followed up on everything he said he would do.

The Onsite Search Functionality My Website Needed - I always thought the onsite search with BC was lacking but never bothered to figure out how to make it better. Then Nick called. He explained the software and we did a trial run. He was very thorough and explained things in detail then followed up each week. We signed up and so far so good. Hoping it will lead to more sales in the 4th quarter this year. It's a great tool and I'd recommend this to others looking to improve their onsite search.

An answer to our search problems - BigCommerce search feature would not work even after calling them to fix it but DooFinder works great for us now!

So Far So Good - We allowed the full length of the trial to elapse so we could see the data and get a grasp of what this thing is all about. We're pretty impressed overall. I like how easy it is to use the back end. It's very clear and intuitive. Seems to be pretty feature rich with what you can customize and how you can direct a customer to what you want them to see. The search itself is very cool and probably the most predictive type of searching I've ever seen. So far so good and we're really looking forward to using it more. Dealt with Peter and he was super helpful along the way.

Best Search Experience on Bigcommmerce - This search tool is a game changer. It allows you to help customers find what they need on your website very fast. You will be stunned at the speed of which the search tool finds items and the accuracy. It also has some amazing features like being able to redirect searches for some phrases so you can sell different products to potential customers if they are looking for items you might not carry. So far the experience has been amazing. Now when it comes to the setup process, Juan Pablo was amazing at helping me demo the product and helping me set it up for our store.
