Helping customers find the right product after BC broke their search - We hate having to pay for something that use to work, but the Doofinder search does add some benefits to the search results for a customer. So far we are happy with the results. BC didn't need to break their search engine, but this is better than when the BC search worked. Great Functionality. Easy Implementation - DOOFINDER is a terrific improvement to the base search functionality in Big Commerce. Search results populate extremely fast and with relevant content including product images. Through the admin dashboard, you have access to a set of intuitive controls such as dynamic re-ranking, search result customization, the ability to assign redirects, and to define search term synonyms.
