Excellent Search & Customer Service - Kiran and the Doofinder team have made this app very easy to install and get set up. I'm happy with the results as well. The search looks great, functions well, and is a great asset to our website. The API calls do add up quickly but I guess that's all dependent on how much traffic you have!

There are so many ways to mess that up, but this app does not overcomplicate the process, or clutter anything. Want better search from your Bigcommerce store get Doofinder - Best sales call ever we got a call from Alistair at doofinder about the no credit card trial. Since Bigcommerce native search produces to many results that are not relevant we tried it out and are very impressed with the search results. We are now customer of the app and have seen a increase in orders. I have never been so happy with a sales call thanks Doofinder.

Great app with extra features - Have been using Doofinder for about a month now and loving all the features. Luis walked me through all the features and followed up several times throughout the trial to see how things were going and review the statistics with me. I need to carve out time to sit down and actually customize the look so it matches our store theme. Definitely worth the price, highly recommend trying it out.

Great Search App - Inexpensive and definitely an improvement - This app gives some good marketing ability to you as a website operator allowing you to boost certain products in search queries. It also provides a more intelligent search experience with better search results. I saw a revenue increase since implementation. Strongly recommend.

Search Ap - The Doofinder search app is great. They cold called me and I was going to hang-up but I'm glad I didn't. I didn't like my current search ap and was just going start looking for a solution. I in stalled the free trial on another of our sites and liked it. Now I have a better search experience and the price is a 1/3 of the other AP and I have it on 2 sites. Also Imanol from Doofinder followed through on everything and still answers my questions or refers them to their help desk which is quick with a response.

Much Improved Aesthetic - Susmit got me to try this for a month, excellent improvement over Big Commerce's default. Customers have commented that they appreciate the change. I appreciate the effort Susmit put into getting us as a customer. I'd recommend this company and app add on to any website on bigcommerce.

Great integration & simple to use - Many BC apps aren't very good but this one is great! Simple to use and Alistair did a great job helping me get set up and implementing. Searches are superfast and take my customers right where they need to be! Worth the $$.

Game Changer - I'll admit I was skeptical when I got a cold call from one of their representatives, but he was very kind and helpful in showing me examples of other websites using DooFinder for their searches, and I was immediately won over. It is honestly SO much better than the native search features, with so much flexibility for how to optimize our customers' search results to show them what they're actually looking for. The synonyms are a life saver, the banners feature is awesome, and I love being able to change how our products rank in results based on keyword. The statistics and reporting on how our customers are searching on our site is so helpful for making sure others are seeing what they need. We won't go back to how we were handling searches before. Worth every penny.

Outstanding Product & Company - I tried several other search tools and they either didn't do everything they stated, were too expensive, or did not really have a support team. This company and tool is different. You can easily tailor the tool to your needs. The support team responds very quickly and I have have had regular calls from the staff all during my trial period where I was not paying a dime! Last, but not least the tool is helping a great deal. I have over 200,000 products and some tools could not handle this volume, but Doofinder has had no issues. It is a very easy and great product. We will have a long term relationship with this team I am sure!
