Also, their "Installation Guide" and "User Guide" links are broken, and there is no clear pricing noted for this specific service. Maybe the functionality is great, but I guess we'll never know. Fix your onboarding process and make it clear up front what's required.

It has been very beneficial and accurate in answering whatever a customer types into the field. You can also feature a few questions beneath the input field so that customers can simply click those and get an immediate response. Overall, this has answered over 750 customer questions, with 25% of widget interactions converting to purchasers. I highly recommend giving this a try. The ConversionBox team was helpful in getting it set up and fixing a few issues. UPDATED 4-Star Review: The ConversionBox team apologized for the issues I noted and have been working to address them. This app/service requires them to train their AI model on your website, product info, FAQs, etc. They're working to get this set up for us so that we can test and verify it before making it visible to customers. It seems similar to widgets you see on marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart where you can ask a question into a search box or click pre-populated questions and get an AI response. They said it doesn't "hallucinate" and will say it doesn't know and direct to customer support if it can't answer reliably, so that's good. We'll see how it all comes together. You have to meet with them so they can get some info to be able to train the AI. It takes a few days. I'll update my review after we've been able to test it.
