No Customer Support - This app has no support and is located in Russia. I guess the Russian way is to not care at about their customers. You will spend your money for the product and if anything is wrong "Good Luck" in finding anyone to help you with it. They have set up automated emails with no real person behind them. Worst customer service in this marketplace. I will add that the app is a pretty good app to have when it work but there is absolutely no support if anything goes wrong.
