CM Commerce allows you to increase your email campaign effectiveness exponentially while decreasing your time spent on technical difficulties composing campaigns significantly. - We switched to CM Commerce years ago from after a very frustrating time with Mailchimp's automation tools. This was a time when automation started to become more than just an abandon cart feature. An online retailer, things evolve quickly, and we knew that we didn't want to get left behind. Still, we were also reluctant to switch because there are a handful of issues that can quickly become problematic when attempting to migrate more extensive sized contact lists. One example, an email service we "Almost" decided to go with, tried to make an attempt to monetize OUR contact list. Unforchantly, the rep told me they would NEVER "anonymously share OUR contacts, directly or indirectly with third parties and competitors," GUESS WHAT, that's EXACTLY what almost happened in what they call the "SPRING BOT EXCHANGE." So from experience, choosing a new email service provider is not something we take lightly. At that time, I had never heard of CS Commerce previously "Conversio," and I don't think anyone else had either. Switching to a company with almost no Reputation in the industry at that time was something I would never consider. Still, I decided to make a free test account. After a few minutes of clicking about looking at and seeing the functionality and capability of CS Commerce, I was highly impressed. We found nearly every capability we had previously been attempting to sort out, figure out, and understand in Mailchimp was sitting right in front of my eyes ready to implement.Email marketing has come even further in the years since joining CS Commerce; meanwhile, they continue to impress me with their innovation. Nearly every time I log on, they have new and unique creative features either in development or recently integrated. All of which allows you to increase your email campaign effectiveness while decreasing your time spent on technical difficulties composing these campaigns.

Waste of time and money - I used this service for close to year, and the cost hardly justified itself. The support wasn't too helpful. I switched to Klaviyo, which is a more economical option and got much better results.

Not so great sorry - After I installed this on the 30 day trial everything I tried to do, it was trying to get me to give them my credit card details, after finally getting verified, it would not let me test the Newsletter function without going on a paid plan, it them wanted a large amount per month because of the number of customers I have on my database, so it will cost a small fortune for medium sized businesses, Support was not great, I would send an email, a day later I would get a reply, then I would reply and it took another day to get another reply, the replies I got were not knowledgeable replies more generic, I solved the problem I had with this APP myself... I have now decided to stick with mailchimp it does everything that this app does at a quarter of the price, do yourself a favour and use mailchimp

Thankful for Converisio - Conversio is the saving grace for Bigcommerce which has no out of the box ability to create good receipts. The best part about Conversio though is the extra features it comes with - like the ability to email customers automatically based on different triggers. For example, we automatically send each "new customer" an email series introducing our store. Then we send automated "follow up" reminder emails to re-stock on supplies after 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90 days. We use their review system which works great with Google Reviews and it sends emails to capture reviews (and rewards customers with our rewards program - Smile.io integration). We also use their product recommendation widget. I think we've made an extra 30k just in the last 3 months using Conversio. It's a must have. Plus, their customer service is excellent.

Very user friendly UI. - The app is great. So far no major bugs or minor bugs for that matter. It works out the box, which is more than I could say for other marketing / email apps. I recommend this app.

Capable of so many things! Great Value - Very well-done user interface and packed with tons of features all designed to help you convert more customers. There is so much packed into Conversio and at a very reasonable price.

Beautiful receipts that result in more sales - We started using Conversio six or so months ago and could not be happier with it. It's drastically improved the look of our receipts, and the open rate, and it's super easy to create different receipt options and test them out before going live with them. And the app has easily paid for itself and more by increasing our sales. What's not to like about that!? Keep up the good work Conversio. We are happy to keep using it!

Excellent email marketing application - Everyting is perfect in this app...all you need to send beautiful newletter and recommendation, plus super fallowups...easy, simple and beautiful paltforme...100% integration with Bigcommerce....Service customers are great, they can resolve all your questions and problems.

Far More than Just Receipts - Conversio (formerly receiptful) offers greatly enhanced ecommerce receipts, complete with single-use coupon codes, suggested products, customer follow-ups, easy layout tools, and more. They also have a fantastic feedback system, which has helped me gather dozens and dozens of testimonials and display them on my site. Any time I've had an issue, I've received an understanding and quick response, and any technical issues on their end have been resolved quickly. The tax issue mentioned in another review here was resolved within a day, and really was a result of a change in the BC api.Conversio also has options for sending out newsletters, collecting product reviews, and enhanced abandoned cart emails (which are fantastic). I don't even utilize all of what they offer in the app, and still, it's a phenomenal value.

A receipt that doesn't add up... - Their receipts are pretty... but that's about it. A receipt should add up correctly- that's the point of a receipt. I contacted Customer Service to make them aware that the tax was being added to my unit prices twice- their response is that this is a known issue and is the fault of the BigCommerce API. Okay... so how does that resolve the issue of your receipts not being correct?... It doesn't. We canceled our subscriptiontoday.
