Support Staff showed me how to move the order status within the software, so that my shipper doesn't get confused on which orders to ship. Customer service is very responsible and willing to help. Moreover, they are excellent at consolidating mail/parcels for shipping. They always do a great job and are very efficient. The shipping rates from China to the United States and Europe are very favorable.

Their "80% regular shipping discount" is valid, and it's 2 to 3 times cheaper than the carrier's shipping costs. So if I need to send something abroad, I use them first.
