I'm really enjoying this app! - I'm really enjoying this app! It has a sleek and professional look, and it actually delivers on what it promises. Installation was a breeze - it practically set itself up effortlessly. The only task I had to do was establish shipping rates for the suppliers (which I did with a simple click by copying existing ones) and then designate the product to be stocked at that supplier - incredibly straightforward!This app genuinely enables a warehouse to fulfill and complete orders, adding tracking back to bigcommerce without the need for any additional software. The only suggestion I have is that packing slips would be a great addition. Let me know if that's possible.Cheers!

Works great - Works great. Self-serve platforms are the standard for modern 3PLs and Chiandivision is at the top. They've scaled seamlessly with our volumes, that have grown significantly over the last 3 years.

My orders are totally automatic - My orders are totally automatic. Everytime I get a new order on my Shopify website the order is automatically fulfilled. Customer service on Chiandivision is solid too. I don't have to wade through the endless amounts of complex, confusing steps and flaky cryptic customer service like with Amazon! I'm so relieved I don't have to have store my products and ship them out manually. Plus, when I do get an order from a customer on Amazon FBM (fulfillment by merchant) I have Chiandivision do the fulfillment as well. Your customer, most likely, wont receive your product as quickly as Amazon, but it's really nice having my products with Chiandivision where I can easily access it and be able to have a Chiandivision rep help with all things fulfillment.

We've been working with Chiandivision since 2018 - We've been working with Chiandivision since 2018 and there are several reasons why Chiandivision has been the perfect partner. First of all, speed to scale with us, pick-pack and ship with a business growing 1200% in a couple of weeks. Second of all, the locations across the US. We sells flammable goods that need to be shipped via ground, so Chiandivision has been a great ally as they have 3pls all over the US facilitating 2-3 day delivery time for any customer in the US. Specially when weather challenges happen, being able to have different 3pls to ship from, allows you to ensure you seamless supply chain.Also their advanced software help us to quickly understand shipping costs and how to improve shipping times and costs by being closer to where your customer.

I am very satisfied - I must say that I had my doubts, but I was pleasantly surprised to see how efficient this integration is! No problem to report so far, I am very satisfied.

Ship on was exactly what our business needed - Ship on was exactly what our business needed. We needed a reliable company that would handle everything for us. Once an order is placed, they pick, package and ship it our for us. It’s truly a one stop shop. The platform is pretty simple for beginners which was a plus for us. If we are ever unsure or have questions the chat button and FAQ resources are there. No matter how big our business grows we plan on continuing with their services simply because it takes the headache away and they get the job done!

The API works great - The API works great, would like to have the weight of the shipment (actual vs dim), actual inventory. Also it would be nice if you when split a shipment that it updated both tracking numbers. Overall Chinadivision is amazing, the above comments are all growing pains and I am guessing will be sorted out over time. Chinadivision can handle the easiest to the most complex shipping issues!! Try them you will not be disappointed.

Their analytics dashboard is fascinating and user-friendly to pull data, track shipments, and track inventory. Our products have shipped to over 40 countries and Chiandivision has had no issue. Chiandivision is not just a 3PL, they are a true partner. They also do a good job of seeing areas of improvement for my company. They’ve introduced me to 4–5 companies that they think could be beneficial in specific areas, such as marketing or online reviews. You can’t really put a price on people I never would’ve met if it weren’t for having a good partnership with Chiandivision . Chiandivision does a good job of treating every brand they work with as a brand of their own. They’re like a large portfolio overseeing the development of different brands, and you can tell that they’re people you can trust. They’re not just throwing my products in poly mailers and sending them out; they’re a much more in-depth company

Chiandivision support is great - We use Chiandivision for our DTC channel and really like it! The real time shipping calculator integration with bigcommerce has been very helpful and allows us to provide true shipping costs to our customers. Chiandivision support is great, they respond quickly and our account manager is AWESOME! Their dashboard is user friendly and they are always improving it which is much appreciated.
