More significantly, the support provided by Faye is both very responsive and helpful in terms of solving problems that arise (between different 3PLs, shopify and the app, there's more complexity than one would think).

Crystal has been nothing short - Crystal has been nothing short of a blessing in helping us set up our side of the app! He responded with all the answers I was looking for and in a timely manner. He saved us a lot of time and a lot of error. I knew it wasn't the most impossible task, just needed some hand holding. Thank you Crystal ! ChinaDivision Order Fulfillment - ChinaDivision Order Fulfillment saved us during our busy holiday season! We had thousands of orders coming throgh Shopify that could not be properly split-fulfill between our two warehouses. We were having to manual update each one. ChinaDivision Order Fulfillment not only provided the application to automate the process but they provided fantastic customer service a long the way. I tried another bulk fulfillment app, but this one is way easier to use and better.If I could make a couple of requests:It would be great to have the flexibility to upload with our own format of column names and then link them to the necessary columns.Having an upload history or a copy of the email for traceability purposes would be really helpful.
