This was the first red flag.The nightmare didn't end there. The app overwrote all my existing product descriptions—replacing carefully crafted, feature-rich descriptions with nonsensical and irrelevant content. I now have over 3200 products that require manual correction, one by one. This has created a massive setback for my business, wasting hours of my time and causing significant frustration.The backend interface is a mess. The prompts provided by BigCommerce are practically useless, and there’s zero customization allowed. You're stuck with only two options: adjusting the tone of voice and setting the length of the description. That's it. There's no rollback feature either, so once your content is overwritten, it's gone for good.To top it off, customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, making this entire ordeal even more infuriating.If you're considering using this app, my advice is simple—DON'T. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. This app is an absolute disaster and should not be part of the BigCommerce ecosystem. I’m extremely disappointed and will never recommend this app to anyone.

No customer service - No customer support, no one contacts you back, no phone number to reach anyone. Pay $99 a month for their top of the line subscription. Keep getting error messages saying "usage exceeds the quota. Please upgrade your plan" Hard to upgrade your plan when you have the best plan they offer. Sent many contact forms to this place and still no response from anyone there.

I think for a small cost, it is all worth it. At least the product description of all of my products looks quite professional. The support team is quiet helpful and responsive as well.
