Fantastic Subscription App - This is a great little app with some powerful features built-in. App installation is simple, documentation is clear and concise, and the responsiveness from Intuit has helped tremendously. Love that it supports multiple payment gateways. All in all, a great subscription solution that is honestly pretty cheap too!

Not FIT for purpose. - Unfortunately, this app is not ready to use. I am unsure how the other two reviewers have been able to use this app. Whilst, the set up is relatively simple, the app just feels like it isn't ready to be live. For instance, we set it up, had a test product which was live on our site... the general set up for the subscription was fine but the problem came in to play when we went through the checkout.Here is how it works and where the problem is. Your customer will checkout with the subscription product, they enter their card details etc to make the payment on their first subscription order, now one would expect that when you checkout it would remember the customers card details to enable you to automatically charge the card on their next subscription date - this does not happen. Instead, on the order confirmation page it has a section which reads "Subscription Payments" and then below says "Please confirm your payment information for your subscription items" - if no saved card is found in the customers account (in your gateway) then it displays "Error: Not found" and a button is displayed below saying "Change payment method". Our gateway, we have the "save cards" feature enabled... so you would think when a customer checks out, it saves their card and then they don't need to enter their details a second time after already paying for the order... also, I asked support what happens if the customer gets the error, and then doesn't "change payment method" or simply closes the order confirmation page... I didn't get a response to my questions. Instead, I tested it myself... and it does nothing... it doesn't notify the customer, it of course doesn't charge the customer and no subscription order is generated when it is due... this would be a nightmare for us and our customers. EDIT - I have been asked to amend my review by BigCommerce, although it was truthful and accurate 100%. Here is the amended part of my review regarding customer support for this app:They have responded to initial emails I sent to them. However, when I emailed them regarding the above issue of not loading a card at the checkout. I sent an email response to an open ticket to support about this on the 30th March 2022, I waited a week and no response, then it was two weeks and no response. It is now the 06th May 2022 and I am yet to receive any response. Now, they may say I uninstalled the app, this is true but I didn't uninstall the app for several weeks as I was waiting for a response to the above email. As said, the ticket is still open and no response to my email. All the app developers had to do was to respond to my initial email and say they would look in to the issue.Needless to say, we have since found a different subscription app which is working great.

They've been great to work with: responsive to our requests and following up to make sure their releases our meeting our needs. After the initial project, we consider Intuit a valued partner and will be working with them on numerous development projects going forward. Their team is knowledgeable, savvy and consistently offers alternatives if our initial ask isn't viable. We highly recommend working with Brian and his team.

Integrated checkout - We evaluated several other subscription billing apps but chose chargify commerce due to their fully integrated checkout and coupon support. The team has been great to work with as well.
