When a dispute opens you have a deadline and a decision: fight it, or refund and move on. Chargewood makes both cheap. It reads the order behind the disputed transaction, including delivery confirmation, device and session history, and past undisputed orders from the same customer, then assembles the evidence the card networks ask for under Compelling Evidence 3.0 and files the response before the window closes.

It also tells you when not to fight. Every dispute gets a verdict with the reasoning shown, because contesting one you cannot win costs you the fee twice over.

Connecting is one click and read-only. Chargewood asks for read access to orders, transactions and store information, nothing else, and never writes to your store. Your order history stays yours; we use it to prove your side of a transaction.

Pricing is a share of what is actually recovered, not a share of every dispute.
