Integration is Broken and Support Doesn't Plan on Fixing It - The app doesn't push our new products from bigcommerce to brightpearl - so what's the point of using it? We've tried to get a fix for this for two weeks and they basically told us the app was defunct and we should wait for a new app. How long? We have no idea. But we do know we're doing twice the work.
