Syncs timing is uncontrollable - While the integration seems to work it only syncs every 24 hours. On top of this they are put in different lists wither they are a bigcommerce subscriber or buyer. This was not straight forward and caused some confusion for us. Overall we have decided to migrate away from brevo because of this.

Email Marketing - We use the current setup for conversation, data sync for contacts, products and orders. Simple setup for email campaigns and transactional emails. Great plugin. We are currently investigating custom field mapping.

Less than 1-star - None of their promised features work. Every single one of our email campaigns have been suspended bc we imported from MailChimp and they can't verify those subscribers (gathered over 24 years!) had initially double-opted in. We can't even offer double opt-in now because their code won't work with BC so we can't display it on our home page. They told us to make reset DKIM compliance and we did. Still doesn't work... No one knows why; just refer us back to FAQ articles. They also advertise their Forgot to Checkout emails, which are much nicer and easier to design than BC. (You do have to plan out the trigger sequence manually however. The main problem with this feature, though, is the image they pull is the BC thumbnail and therefore super grainy. We have no access to that code and they won't use our main BC images, so we had to disable that. Even minor tweaks require extensive coding changes, most of which we don't have access to. In my opinion, this software was launched prematurely. Support is overseas and by email every 2-3 days. I've been very patient, but they are not serious about supporting our BigCommerce stores. Only good thing I can say about Brevo is the chat works well and has a start/end time in case you forget to manually go live/off each day.
