Game Changer - Bolt completely changed our check out experience and increased conversion rates. Their fraud tools give us piece of mind and chargebacks are dealt with with ease. Their support team is extremely helpful and very responsive. They care about their customers and are willing to try and add any missing features you might find with their service/product. I'm a huge fan of bolt and I wouldn't know where my business would be without them! As their network continues to grow so does our business and our conversion rates continue to increase.

Bolt lets me sleep at night - I love not having to worry about fraud. When you have a customer who is spending alot, you dont want to have to interrogate them. If they are spending alot we want to take good care of them. This allows us to not have to worry about it potentially being a fraudster. Love It! Thanks!

Frictionless Checkout - Bolt is a tremendous resource to ensure our customers do not experience any resistance when checking out. A true one-click checkout experience. It is an extremely intuitive solution that is constantly adding new features to keep our website on the leading edge of technology. The Bolt network is also proving to be a very powerful resource that we are excited to be a part of. Because of Bolt, we feel like we have a team dedicated to converting our customers and growing our e-commerce sales. Bolt also adds tremendous value in fraud protection for our orders. Ensuring we are fulfilling as many orders as possible without exposing ourselves to online fraudsters. Now that we have had Bolt for a few years, we would feel our business is at a tremendous disadvantage to other online retailers if we were not to be utilizing Bolt's CheckoutOS.

Bolt Checkout - We have been using bolt for a few years now and it is without a doubt the best checkout/fraud protection in the game. Our team can focus on shipping orders without worrying if they are fraudulent, which saves us a ton of time. Customer support is quick and friendly. New features seem to roll out monthly and they are almost always useful. These guys are going to take over the world.

TYLER'S x Bolt - Bolt has been a huge win for TYLER'S. From the quick and easy integration to their on going development efforts to ensure a fast, secure, simple checkout. We used to waste tons of time scanning for fraud orders with our old, inherited checkout, but now we're able to double down on true customer base. Any issue we've had has been resolved quickly by the Bolt support team, and they've come in clutch on more than one occasion for our customer support team. That's easy to say from a high level perspective, but my team constantly mentions how responsive and professional their staff is. This has easily been one of the smartest solutions we've deployed since I've been managing the e-commerce department at TYLER'S. We run an extremely lean team so finding solutions like Bolt is crucial to ensure we beat our customer expectations, while also maintaining strategic long term growth.

Stellar Service - Bolt has completely transformed our checkout process into the most seamless, efficient, safe solution for both myself and my customers. Our union with Bolt started two years ago and I consider them to be a partner in my business. Not sure how we ever functioned without them and look forward to their future innovation. On a side note, the entire Bolt team is simply exceptional. The service is second to none and I am beyond grateful. Bottom line, if you're not using Bolt...you are obsolete.

My Highest Recommendation - The Bolt checkout process is butter-smooth, fast and intuitive as a customer. The best checkout process I've ever seen. Try it at any Bolt merchant and judge for yourself (you don't have to complete your purchase to try it). And they're always thinking of ways to make it better - testing things, moving a button here, moving a field there to see if it helps conversion. Fraud detection tool really works and they indemnify your fraud (but really, they catch 95+% of your fraud so there's not much to indemnify). There's even a "fraud meter" which helps quantify fraud-risk of a certain order and merchant can "veto" orders which provides a lot of flexibility and control. Our Customer Success Manager, Haylee, is awesome. She's been with us from the very beginning and held our hand through the entire on-boarding process, and still manages our account to this day. Knowledgeable, friendly, super-responsive and a pleasure to work with. Conscientious. Provides us with key metrics to follow and watch to manage our performance. Follows up on EVERYTHING and keeps her promises.You can probably find another merchant processor at a cheaper rate. Bolt isn't the cheapest, but it's been worth it to us because our conversion rates have increased so we find it pays for itself. We are also saving a lot of time NOT having to check every order for fraud; our average sale is worth several hundreds of dollars so we spent a lot of time there, manually verifying and even calling customers sometimes to verify. I think all e-commerce sites can relate to shipping an order they're not 100% sure about, but you ship it anyway. That uneasy feeling. With Bolt, we don't have those uneasy feelings anymore.Before Bolt, we were using a multi-page checkout system which was "passable" on desktop, but our mobile conversion rates were pretty bad. That was our pain point and biggest attraction to Bolt. Not only did our mobile conversion rates jump, we saw increased conversion on desktop too. So we saw a lift on both sides. To be honest - we weren't attracted to the fraud detection part initially. We just wanted better conversions. But in hindsight, the automated fraud detection has saved us a lot of time, making order processing more efficient. It really is a very valuable piece of the Bolt solution.

"Always willing to work with me to find a solution." - What do you like best?Have had a great experience with everyone I've worked with. If it isn't something available they will push it along to see if the change can be made. They have even ear market product issue to get ahold of me when the problem is changed in the future. Usually get a response with in 24 if not a lot sooner.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.What do you dislike?Nothing I can really complain of yet. Been a good experience. Would like an easier way of knowing they are fighting my chargebacks other than check on my Braintree dashboard every day. An email saying we are on top of this and then this is resolved or covered would help peace of mind. Have had a lot of charge backs pop up recently and need that reassurance they have us covered. One option that is available to have added but requires someone at bolt to do it. Is add a temporary message to the bolt check out. This would be an excellent option from the dashboard. What benefits have you realized?Bolt checkout icon may not show up for customers with poor internet connection. Working on installing a permanent check out button on our Bigcommerce page. This will allow the checkout button to show up even if the customer currently has low internet. Had a big problem with this a few weeks ago when Comcast was experiencing issue nationwide. Had a handful of customers complaining they couldn't see the check out button and didn't have an idea why till someone posted on social media that Comcast was experiencing problems nationwide. Support at Bolt hadn't realized this issue at the time as well.

SPEED, Fraud Protection, Innovation - Bolt was recommended by my developer as an alternative to Authorize.Net, specifically for their unprecedented fraud protection and chargeback guarantee. Outsourcing security, fraudulent transaction research, and risk was enough to make me switch. Now that I've used them though, I know they are much more than only a payment processor. First of all, Bolt Checkout is FAST. Lightening Fast. No Billing Address, no annoying passwords, just fast, easy e-commerce transactions. Their SMS validation to save information for customers is amazing. We are now utilizing "Order Tracking" and Order Status updates via SMS with excellent customer feedback thus far. Bolt is not perfect, and still need to finish their full integration with BigCommerce + offer smoother phone order integration, and they are not cheap (based on a small % of sales) but you get what you pay for and so far, the time savings (eliminating the need to research potentially fraudulent transactions) and improved experience for my customers has been worth it. Their fees are also at least very transparent and easy to determine on every transaction. That's a pretty major change from Chase Paymentech and most big processors that are loaded with hidden fees.

Frictionless, fast & conversion optimized checkout cart with 100% fraud order coverage. - Bolt is not just a payments processor, but the perfect system built with various checkout optimizations in mind.With tons of A/B testing over the years they have created a frictionless checkout experience for customers.The cart load times are extremely fast which is good for mobile customers. Since they got rid off unnecessary fields during checkout, customers have to type less and also click less and the average time to complete the entire checkout is way faster than the industry average. What I love about bolt is that they also provide 100% coverage for fraudulent charges. They make sure that more of the actual legitimate good orders are approved and not denied because of traditional verification methods. Your repeat customers or if that person has used Bolt checkout elsewhere, they won't have to fill out the payment and shipping details again, making the checkout experience even more faster.Product installation was a breeze and their team is extremely friendly and responsive and are willing to work on ideas/topics that you bring their way.

Bolt - We are only into our first full year with Big Commerce but we have been experiencing an abnormal amount of abandonment. I looked at several options and inquired with Bolt over one weekend. The following Monday, one of Bolt's team members contacted me to learn about our business and why we were looking for a new checkout page.This is quite simple-1) How conversion rate was well below industry average2) Checkout time took over a minute (too long)3) Too many form fieldsWith Bolt:1) Improved Conversion Rate2) Checkout time now is 35 seconds or less versus over one minute3) Form fields have been reduced by a 1/34) Our store has ZER0 Fraud ExposureIn our first month with Bolt our store nearly tripled our eCommerce Sales numbers. Highly Recommended! - Bolt's product and support team are absolutely fantastic. For anyone who carries a high-value product, this is particularly useful since they review and analyze each order for potential fraud before it's marked as ready to ship. We run Bolt on 3 different websites (2 platforms) and I really can't say enough good things about it—it's completely changed the way we work. Our customers love the speed and convenience of the front-facing interface, and we love the security of knowing our orders are legitimate without spending hours verifying that on our own.
